That’s what I tell people who are about to have kids or still have young ones at home. I don’t know if I have the smarts to do it as I didn’t do that great in school, but I know today there are a lot more resources and other parents that share it. I wouldn’t even mind volunteering to help some parent. I definitely have skills obviously, just not enough to do a whole curriculum
You don't have to have all the skills. Just find good curriculum. The kids learn to teach themselves and by being in a home school group they have extra resources of people with other skills and experience. We actually did a combination of public (with a transfer), private and some home school. My son is way beyond me, I would provide him resources and a starting point and he would go from there. A guy I've been warning about the schools for years and he kept just dismissing me pretty aggressively is now upset as his youngest daughter is a teen who has been "masculinized" by the pressure to be or appear to be trans. His older kids have been a little tweaked but are full adults now and aren't as tweaked as the current crop is getting. Look at the eyes of a home schooled kid and have a conversation with them, they are bright eyed, curious and generally polite; public school = dead eyes, self mutilation, self loathing, angry and hostile. PS: Classical Conversations looks like a really good way to go with home school curriculum and group learning once a week. If I was starting over now, that's what I would do.

The BBC News has a video - which has been re-broadcast on CBS News and relayed by 10 News First on YouTube - in which a bystander states he and others saw the shooter climbing into position on the roof. They shouted to police on the ground and to 'secret service' personnel on another roof for two or three minutes, imploring them to take action, and pointing to the shooter. Two or three minutes is a long time.
I agree with the others who wrote that too many aspects don't add up. What about RFK Jr.'s situation, was he given any Secret Service detail? With the FBI "now in charge", the big cover-up begins. The distance involved in this shot and the fact this guy went for a head shot assuming the President wears body armor suggest this guy was not an amateur. The preponderance of evidence in both the Kennedy assassination and the Reagan attempted assassination suggest deep state involvement so why should this be different. Little is reported about either the rifle or the cartridge, but one small item I read suggest it was some sort of chassis system (customizable metal and plastic stock where generally the actual rifle is purchased separately and possibly even bought as a receiver adding the barrel separately). Nothing readily available at Sportsman’s Warehouse, Cabelas or Bass Pro. The fact that this guy got off a full magazine just before he was shot eliminating the possibility of any testimony even though he was spotted and reported by the crowd is very suspicious. I am not a professional, but only because I have never been paid for firearms knowledge.
After a little more research (and fully waking up) the chassis rifle report is probably not valid due to the number of rapid shots and a suppressed AR platform is more likely. Still looking for audio to count the shots.
The shots heard in the audio **include** the return fire (unknown qty) from the SS (not limited to the two rooftop snipers seen on photos and video to Trumps left rear), so IMO no conclusions about qty of assassin's shots can be drawn from the audio.
No arguments here. It was hard to separate the shots by sound volume. Everybody but me seems to have and use a suppressor these days so I imagine the Secret Service and PA State Police use them too. Its funny how you learn the way things get built. It could be a house that ends with a roof with a peak. Or a car in an assembly line, that eventually pushes the car out the door onto a car lot to be sold. How about a child that is taught from a very young age by government run schools with government agendas where the child gets manipulated, brainwashed, many times divided from the parent or family and eventually is put out into the world. Then there is the building of a tyrannical political party that pushes hatred of a group or its political opponents, which in turn riles up many into a frenzy against their opponents. Some of the tools used along the way to demoralize are censoring of the truth with intent to control thoughts, not allowing free speech, trying to control words and definitions of words, cracking down and investigating religions, jailing people that won’t conform to the political parties coercions. These tools they use result into civil unrest, removing historical monuments, physical beatings of people, luting, the burning down of businesses and cities, eventually murders and assassination.

That’s what I tell people who are about to have kids or still have young ones at home. I don’t know if I have the smarts to do it as I didn’t do that great in school, but I know today there are a lot more resources and other parents that share it. I wouldn’t even mind volunteering to help some parent. I definitely have skills obviously, just not enough to do a whole curriculum
You don't have to have all the skills. Just find good curriculum. The kids learn to teach themselves and by being in a home school group they have extra resources of people with other skills and experience. We actually did a combination of public (with a transfer), private and some home school. My son is way beyond me, I would provide him resources and a starting point and he would go from there. A guy I've been warning about the schools for years and he kept just dismissing me pretty aggressively is now upset as his youngest daughter is a teen who has been "masculinized" by the pressure to be or appear to be trans. His older kids have been a little tweaked but are full adults now and aren't as tweaked as the current crop is getting. Look at the eyes of a home schooled kid and have a conversation with them, they are bright eyed, curious and generally polite; public school = dead eyes, self mutilation, self loathing, angry and hostile. PS: Classical Conversations looks like a really good way to go with home school curriculum and group learning once a week. If I was starting over now, that's what I would do.
Then again, the murderer in question, had two parents in the home who were both behavioral therapists which rather reinforces my thoughts on the field of psychiatry and the people who typically go all in on it.
I don’t like to pass judgement but it’s been my observation going back as far as when I was in high school but many of the students that were known to have issues at least one of the parents was in social work of some kind or a teacher. As a parent maybe they are just in denial when it comes to their own kids 🤷♀️

Leaving aside the despicable role of the MSM in this - from actually poisoning the whole debate to now trying to play it down ('only an attempt' ..) there's one actual culprit: the security service. Not just did they fail to spot the shooter, even when people told them repeatedly - they failed to actually protect Donald Trump: he reacted and went to ground before they moved. That isn't professional, even when taking into account that there'll be the one second of shock.
(A recent example of such near-fatal hesitation was the assassination attempt of Robert Fico, PM of Slovakia, in May this year. Here, Security also stood like ice columns for one vital second.)
And as another commenter has pointed out, the Biden cabal has refused any such protection for RFK, Jr. (not a big fan but come on?) The last days of Biden appear more and more like the waning days of the Ceausescus.

Did you notice that the first words out of the mouth of every media stooge was what a "great job" the Secret Service did? Laugh out loud funny. Not only the abject failure to secure buildings within a short shot of President Trump, which only came to light after the incident. But the comedic failure to even cover President Trump during the evacuation of him from the stage. If there was another competent shooter present, the many times Trump was exposed after the first shot left me shocked. This was not worthy of praise. There is no reason to believe anything that corporate media says. They are stooges for the security state.
I also want to point out that although two agents nearby managed to try to "shield" Trump with their bodies fairly quickly, it took a full 9 seconds for the bulk of them to converge on the candidate. 9 seconds during an assassination attempt is an eternity!

The BBC News has a video - which has been re-broadcast on CBS News and relayed by 10 News First on YouTube - in which a bystander states he and others saw the shooter climbing into position on the roof. They shouted to police on the ground and to 'secret service' personnel on another roof for two or three minutes, imploring them to take action, and pointing to the shooter. Two or three minutes is a long time.

I agree with the others who wrote that too many aspects don't add up. What about RFK Jr.'s situation, was he given any Secret Service detail? With the FBI "now in charge", the big cover-up begins. I expect involvement by the CIA and DoJ with this 1) breach of security, 2) inadequate response, 3) death of the assassin who can tell nothing more, 4) no investigation as to FJB's role in all of this, and 5) no accountability of the Administrative State and the MSM press who openly called for assassination.

The security was nonexistent and now we have the premier Law Enforcement agency that was authorized to kill when they raided the Trump Estate "investigating" the crime. JFK investigation anyone? Or how about 9/11?
The distance involved in this shot and the fact this guy went for a head shot assuming the President wears body armor suggest this guy was not an amateur. The preponderance of evidence in both the Kennedy assassination and the Reagan attempted assassination suggest deep state involvement so why should this be different. Little is reported about either the rifle or the cartridge, but one small item I read suggest it was some sort of chassis system (customizable metal and plastic stock where generally the actual rifle is purchased separately and possibly even bought as a receiver adding the barrel separately). Nothing readily available at Sportsman’s Warehouse, Cabelas or Bass Pro. The fact that this guy got off a full magazine just before he was shot eliminating the possibility of any testimony even though he was spotted and reported by the crowd is very suspicious. I am not a professional, but only because I have never been paid for firearms knowledge.
After a little more research (and fully waking up) the chassis rifle report is probably not valid due to the number of rapid shots and a suppressed AR platform is more likely. Still looking for audio to count the shots.
The shots heard in the audio **include** the return fire (unknown qty) from the SS (not limited to the two rooftop snipers seen on photos and video to Trumps left rear), so IMO no conclusions about qty of assassin's shots can be drawn from the audio.

No arguments here. It was hard to separate the shots by sound volume. Everybody but me seems to have and use a suppressor these days so I imagine the Secret Service and PA State Police use them too. I have long standing tinnitus from an indoor 22 range in Military School long ago, but just don’t want to have anything on the NFA registry and am expecting suppressors and possibly short barreled rifles and shotguns to be removed soon.
You are suggesting the shooter used a “ghost gun”. That’s quite possible. A lot of parts were sold before that was restricted by the current DC regime. So I’d bet unregistered “home-assembled” arms are available via the dark web. And if this guy was setup by malign players in or working for the cabal, then he was easily connected to a “source”.
Definitely not a “ghost” or home made gun as the twenty year old from Bethel Park, PA (suburb just south of Pittsburgh). just asked his father to buy him an AR and the father did, but unlike a responsible adult, the unfortunately typical urbanite father just gave it to him without training and it’s unlikely the father knew much about firearms, so home training was not likely. “Ghost guns” are still legal pending Supreme Court review and since it is a Chevron Deference issue the Supremes are likely to let them remain. The ATF regulations also fail the tests set forth in the Bruin decision as home made guns have been around since well before 1791 when the Constitution was adopted (think Kentucky/Pennsylvania long rifles and Hawken Plains rifles that were all more or less home made). My old kid 22 from Sears and Roebuck is theoretically a “ghost gun” too as before October 1968 guns were not required to have serial numbers and cheap guns typically did not get one.

I use google purely generically. I avoid google and facebook as much as possible, although in rural America you almost have to have a generic facebook account with as little real information as possible because everybody else does even my local range before I drive about fifteen miles to make sure it isn’t being used by a group.

1:00 AM PA time this morning, my MSN internet feed had dozens of headlines, NONE about Trump. A small box noted a Trump Rally at 5:00 PM in Butler, PA. I guess waiting for the proper feeds to come in.
I checked at 7:30 AM, PA time: it had in its main feed an article from WaPo that used comments from the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Intelligence Project about the immediate speculations and theories coming from both sides.
It had a piece by The Telegraph with Nigel Farage comments blasting media and politician re: their rhetoric and he is flying here to support Trump and stating “Take the last week – Biden has declared that Trump should be “in a bullseye” and that he is a “dictator”. “
The Hill Opinion headline: The attempted assassination of Trump is not nearly as surprising as it should be.
Fox News piece: Rep. Ronny Jackson reports that his nephew was at the rally and a bullet grazed his neck. He went to triage and saw another person with a head hit.
