James-as I alluded in the last substack, I'm afraid the majority never got it, or as so aptly stated above "they accept subjugation with pleasure, since they foolishly believe that they have found for their lives a meaning that they had, without noticing it, lost during the peace. "

The lockdowns, the masking, jabs, gave their life (shudder) meaning. Hard to fight that, as they probably long for those conditions to return. A possible exit from this maybe in that the governments no longer have the money to distribute to the masses this time. No more stimmies, and savings are wiped out. The Fed printed more money in the last 3 years as it has in its history. More printing is runaway inflation, or the sort where folks won't want to exchange worthless paper for physical goods or food they may have. We'll see.

All this in the light of Desmet's three groups of people. We would likely be most successful achieving enlightenment and participation from the awake and focused and some of the unattentive

There are the committed sheeple that can't be reached.
