My fear is that the reversal of the Biden policies and the reduction of the bureaucracy in the US is developing into slash and burn, rather than an orderly transition to merit based and basic required federal controls for managing the Republic. VA staff reduction is worrisome. VA has the knowledge to improve veterans health by boosting vitamin D blood value above 50 ng's, but have ignored this simple fix. They ignored their own study that indicated a 50% reduction in VA visits.
