Why do we know this? We are STILL debating whether deadly virus gain-of-function development should or should not continue despite Covid. We are still debating whether our border is under control, and whether new laws are needed to control it, despite 15 million uncontrolled and immigrants. We are still debating whether immigration can be illegal, despite laws restricting it.
