Rumors of AOC being behind her just before the tumble have proven to be unfounded. Whether she would have given Nance a playful shove if she had had the opportunity is still being debated in dark cyberville.

Likewise, a broken hip at her age is no picnic. But to your point, she was no innocent bystander. Her political instincts are vicious, calculating and ruthless. Think of the forethought that had to go into the ploy! Yet it couldnтАЩt be a large group of plotters. Maybe three? Whose idea? I wouldnтАЩt bet against her. Probably above ObamaтАЩs pay grade, and beyond his intellectual savvy. Brennan? Comey? What about that #2 CIA weasel, I canтАЩt recall his name.

She would be at the front of the line for that. But the wheelchair would be a good sympathy ploy. The optics, as they say...
I wish her no physical harm, but I do want accountability. Did the FBI tell her what to do, did she tell them or did she happily go along?

I donтАЩt actually know. I think there are always scapegoats thrown out in the end to protect the mechanism.
That would be Michael Morell.
