I thank God he got out alive. After the incidents with Epstein and the police that arrested George Floyd, you never know what their real objective is.

So glad to have him back, too. He is a true leader and knows what is at stake if we lose this election. If we DO lose, we will need men like him more than ever!!

Thanks for all you do, Dr. Malone!! You've laid it on the line and let them know you ain't backing down. Praying for us all!

In this age of jailing dissident opponents, there is a question that's been hovering in my mind now for quite a while. Maybe it's simple or obvious to some, but I really don't know the answer.

If the blessed "authorities" decided to incarcerate me for thoughtcrime, failure to mask up, or refusing to willingly submit to toxic medical treatments, etc.; do they claim the legal authority to forcibly inject me with whatever they choose, as they see fit? Could/would they have forced an injection on Bannon?

"They"? Let's be clear, James, "They" and it pains me to say this - but "they" are out and out "AMERICAN" Communists. "American" Communists have been trying to flip this Constitutional Republic into a SOCIALIST "Democracy" for over 100 years and NOW are poised (IF KALAMITY Harris wins") to make that finally happen.

The Founders were well aware of the fate of "democracies" throughout history - ALL devolving into MOBocracies - which is exactly what is happening now, today in the USA; and is why the word "democracy" ( BIG D or small d ) cannot be found anywhere in the Seven ARTICLES, 24 SECTIONS nor 27 Amendments to the US Constitution - and why ARTICLE IV., Section 4 of the Constitution states: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government" ( and goes on to say): "and shall protect each of them against INVASION" (my emphasis)

Clearly, Joe Biden, Kalamity Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas have never even READ the document they all SWORE on the Bible to UPHOLD.

They seem to think the Law belongs to them to be fashioned to achieve their ends. We seem to stand by dumbstruck. We fail to step up and oppose. They do present cover for the results they pursue. I would suspect an innoculation might be a bridge too far.

At some point we need to fashion a break the glass strategy to employ against their insanities.

George Floyd was a career criminal and hard core drug addict who overdosed. Don't include him as proof of anything, they tried to deal with him, but then opted to wait it out with him restrained. Floyd represents a miscarriage of justice against the officers who were actually following procedures. The treatment of the election official in Colorado who exposed the fraud and had her home and the home of her assistant raided by the FBI, the Jan 6ers who have been horribly abused and murdered, the people forced to get the Covid poison shots, the 1,000s or more murdered in the hospitals with the "Covid protocols", the reporters who have had their data stolen, their homes raided and have been harrassed by the FBI, and the whistleblowers in medicine who have been fired and are being threatened with prison for exposing the child abuse and murder going on at the behest of the medical establishment.

I was also listening to Bannon, so thrilled he’s out and back in the drivers seat.

I realize if Trump wins it’s for only 4 short years. I know the communists, democrat and rino, will fight with all they’ve got to slow the ship from turning back to a representative constitutional republic, we see and hear them stirring as we speak.

I know it’s the most important job but it’s really angering to think of all the time and energy we waste just trying to get back what’s been taken from us. And here we are still watching more wasted time going right out the door of our short lives. My prayer for this election is that the world doesn’t waste any more time just to help fulfill more of the elites obsessive vanities. With all of the horrendous evils that have been thrust onto all of the people, Steve, Peter, Roger Stone, Paul Manifort and thousands of others that have been jailed are the extremes but we all have been abused by these communists which will just make the next 4 years of being really represented again, that much more refreshing.

If we’re honest with ourselves and need motivation for a change back to freedom, people must acknowledge how over the past several years, America has become a surveillance state the Soviet Union could only have dreamed of. Knowing every phone call, every text message and every email is being monitored and stored. The ongoing wars that we are always winning and are always making the perfect military decisions. Our government prosecuting and jailing political opponents. The jailing of demonstrators left to rot in a gulag all to send a message to dissenters. The deep state pushing censorship of opposing government views onto a willing social media. The linking of big government and big business to push their will and political agendas. The governments demoralizing of the middle class people so that you can only survive with government help. The memory hole called the FBI where they absorb all the evidence but never make conclusions or tell us what actually happened. And the psychological abuse and sexualizing of our children. I think even George Orwell may be surprised how his book “1984” undershoots the reality of what America has become.

These are just some of the reasons why the oligarchs in their quest for world domination and the MSM are so frightened of a Trump presidency. We the People that love our constitution and its bill of rights yearn for a return to an American government that honors our inalienable God Given rights. A government of the people, for the people, and by the people. Looking forward, J.Goodrich

You define a Bloody scary world here mate, it is (as you know) my firm belief that "We The Good Guys" have no alternative other than to fight back and begin today. I am NOT suggesting violence here, I am suggesting that WE begin immediately to make the Public at Large Globally aware of just WHO our true enemies are. I research this matter every day of the week, and I regret to advise, MOST people DO NOT UNDERSTAND what is before us, and those who do understand (in the main) choose to do nothing. THAT MUST CHANGE STARTING TODAY! (the day Steve got out of Jail).

So we as citizen journalists need to also become citizen soldiers. Masses of challenges to the entire network of corruption on every level. What is mine to do will be local boards, municipal official education...you get my drift. President Trump will NOT be "fixing it" alone--every liberty-loving citizen must be at his back. I believe it takes 8% of a body change to change the entire body.

Mr Trump's transition team is stellar, people we already know are committed to the people. People who have already demonstrated by their sacrifice that they will stand for freedom. But it is the masses standing behind them that is We the People-- what is my part? Surely Trump will not "fix it" alone. We need to know the strategy as well so that we live(and spend our resources) in places that further the republic. Self-determination, self-responsibility, self-control are needed.

AUSTIN – The Office of the Attorney General released the original autopsy report and other evidence to correct falsehoods amplified by a coalition interfering with the capital punishment proceedings in which Robert Roberson was scheduled to be executed for the murder of his two-year-old daughter Nikki.

In 2002, two-year-old Nikki Curtis was brought to the hospital close to death with extensive bruising to her chin, face, ears, eyes, shoulder, and mouth. Emergency Room Nurse Andrea Sims, who saw Nikki before medical intervention, testified at trial that, in addition to the bruising, Nikki had a handprint on her face, and that the back of her skull was bruised and “mushy.” Robert Roberson, Nikki’s father, had a history of violently abusing his daughter, and witnesses testified in trial that they were afraid to leave Nikki alone with him because he would repeatedly “whip” her whenever the baby cried. Testimony showed that he often would strike Nikki “hard” with his hands, a board, or a paddle, and on at least one instance threw her off the bed. Robert Roberson’s own mother said at one time, “One of these days he’s going to kill her and it’s going to be too late for anyone to do anything about it.”

According to doctors testifying at the trial, Nikki died from substantial blunt force head injuries that clearly indicated the girl had been struck. The evidence of blunt force trauma precluded the possibility that the child died from being “shaken.” Nikki was abused by her father and died due to the trauma he inflicted. After hearing this evidence and countless hours of testimony about Roberson’s pattern of losing his temper and violently abusing his daughter, a jury of his peers convicted him of murder in 2003, sentencing Roberson to the death penalty for beating his own daughter so viciously that she died. The law in Texas is clear: the prosecution must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt as to every element of the offense as it is charged in the indictment. Roberson was charged with capital murder for intentionally and knowingly causing the death of a child by causing blunt force head injuries.

Dr. Jill Urban, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy on the two-year-old’s corpse, testified during the trial using photographic evidence that Nikki’s head had been repeatedly struck leaving clear impact wounds totally incompatible with merely being violently shaken. Dr. Urban’s findings were reviewed by six supervising medical examiners at the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office, all of whom agreed and signed off on her autopsy report. In 2016, when Roberson’s case was being appealed, Dr. Urban unequivocally affirmed that she “quite clearly defined multiple impact sites to the head and ruled that the death was due to blunt force injuries.”

In addition to the medical evidence presented, Roberson repeatedly changed his story during the investigation and trial about what happened to Nikki, contradicting himself and demonstrably lying about the circumstances, his behavior, and the causes of his daughter’s condition. When Roberson brought the nearly lifeless Nikki to the hospital, he claimed to the nurses that she had merely fallen off the bed. Then he told different nurses that his daughter had hit her head on a table next to the bed. When questioned by the police, Roberson reverted back to the story that Nikki had simply fallen out of bed. Later, in his official statement to law enforcement, Roberson professed ignorance as to what caused the blunt force injuries to Nikki’s head and blamed his daughter for being clumsy and falling often.

Roberson also confessed to slapping his two-year-old daughter to “wake her up” before telling his girlfriend at the time, Teddie Cox, that Nikki had hit her head on “the brick” in the bedroom despite police noting that there was only carpet in the room. When Teddie Cox asked Roberson directly if he had killed Nikki, Teddie Cox testified that Roberson said, “that if he did do it, he don’t remember, that he snapped, and he don’t remember doing it.” Similarly, Roberson initially told Dr. Kelly Goodness—who was one of the defense’s own witnesses—that he did not remember what happened to Nikki but then later confessed that he had lost his temper and began abusing Nikki. The jury also heard that Roberson, who had over a dozen prior arrests, had strangled his ex-wife with a coat hanger, punched her in the face and broke her nose while she was pregnant, and beat her with a fireplace shovel. The jury also heard that Roberson was the girl’s sole caretaker for the very first time on the day that Nikki’s deadly injuries were inflicted, and he was displeased to be obligated to care for the child, according to his girlfriend at the time.

Further, according to a contemporaneous police report, Roberson admitted to his cellmate that he sexually assaulted Nikki. The cellmate also said Roberson told him that when Roberson was upset with his female partner, he would take his anger out on Nikki. He told the cellmate of hitting Nikki on the back of her head with his hand and then dropping her on her head and leaving her on the floor.

Now, a coalition of activists and State legislators is interfering with the justice system in an unprecedented way in an attempt to stall or prevent Roberson’s execution. They have attempted to mislead the public by falsely claiming that Roberson was unfairly convicted through “junk science” concerning “shaken baby syndrome.”

Despite these eleventh-hour, one-sided, extrajudicial stunts that attempt to obscure the facts and rewrite his past, the truth remains:

Robert Roberson murdered two-year-old Nikki by beating her so brutally that she ultimately died.

The jury did not convict Roberson on the basis of “Shaken Baby Syndrome.” The “junk science” objection that has been used as a pretext to interfere with the proceedings has no basis in reality.

Roberson was lawfully sentenced to death. He has exhausted every legally available appellate avenue.

A few legislators have grossly interfered with the justice system by disregarding the separation of powers outlined in the State Constitution. They have created a Constitutional crisis on behalf of a man who beat his two-year-old daughter to death.

There is an oddity about the death penalty that I feel compelled to relate.

It is very salubrious to the general public to see a murderer die (or get hung, or get burned at the stake). But we know now that all this does is release the spirit to return in a new body for another try. Thus it actually would benefit the general public more to hold a murderer (particularly a psychopathic one) out of circulation for as long as possible.

I am not sure, however, that it is worthwhile to try to convince the general population that killers don't themselves deserve death. It seems "just" (in a primitive kind of way). It is a widely agreed punishment for that crime.

Very hard for me to read this Dr. Nash. Our country is on the edge of picking a leader, one that would probably raise money to bail Mr. Roberson out and explain how he was the victim, and one that would surely cast Mr. Roberson to hell, his soul to burn forever as it should. I’m sure most of you know the prosecutor candidate never prosecuted one sexual abuse case in San Francisco of Catholic priest sexually molesting dozens of parents children. The parents begged her to do her job and prosecute and she refused , she didn’t prosecute one child molester. The Italians say the fish rots from the head, I can’t imagine what will happen to this country if we elect a president that not only is complicit with people like Mr. Roberson, but welcomes thousands of them unvetted into our country. God please help us!

The Left can't let Trump back in the WH no matter what happens in the election. Too many embedded criminals have committed crimes over the past 12 years. Most of them should go to prison. Too much money has been stolen in the last 12 years. They have a lot of reasons to be frightened. There are Trillions at stake to quote Sundance. Then there are the Epstein tapes. The corruption in that town is endless. So I for one will be amazed if he is allowed back in the WH. They know he's wiser this time around. I hope I'm wrong but I look at what is real. I can see Kamala disqualifying Trump on January 6, 2025, based on the false pretense of insurrection—that’s how much HATE she has for Trump. She has surrounded herself with foolish and godless people, and if she listens to Raskin, an expedited law suit will be sent to the Supreme Court and she will be excoriated by the judges—at least the conservative ones.

Kamala and the DNC, who run the White House with Barack Obama, are priming the pump for civil discord and violence if Trump wins. I pray that this does not happen, but we are dealing with Socislist/Marxist/Communists—sorry for the redundant words—and their agenda has been openly displayed for four years. Their actions speak louder than any propagandist narrative they try to spin. “Evil” is the operative word for their agenda and actions.
