Our genes contain both RNA and DNA, so the RNA is really not altered or interfered with, but rather influenced to make a protein it otherwise would not make.
Please revise the definition with the above or a similar revision to cover all potential disruptions to genes.

My wife has been after me for years to cut down on my salt intake. At my last annual "wellness" appointment we were going over the blood test results, the doctor pointed to a line and said, "I see you're a little low on sodium." I said, "Could you write a note to that effect to my wife?" He did! So now I've regained my salt freedom.
We have all somehow been fed complete and utter nutrition lies calculated to make us lethargic and on scripts. Glad your doctor alerted you to your low salt. You must have felt terrible with low sodium in your blood. It's necessary for so many crucial functions!

We have all somehow been fed complete and utter nutrition lies calculated to make us lethargic and on scripts. Glad your doctor alerted you to your low salt. You must have felt terrible with low sodium in your blood. It's necessary for so many crucial functions!
I agree with much of this. I have seen how diet change has radically improved my general health from an autoimmune disease that I believe came via a bio-weapon known as Lyme Disease.
I have a friend with Lyme’s who did months of antibiotics and many diets. She’s been on carnivore for a few weeks now and her neuropathy is already gone for the first time.
Yep. Carnivore is what did for me. Once you’ve been on carnivore for an extended time you will learn what other things ‘trigger’ you. It’s a great elimination diet. It would be wise for all people to divorce themselves from all processed foods… including carbs, sugars, proteins and seed oils. Be careful with things in the ‘night shades’ family, they can be neurotoxins.
I've had an inflammatory bladder problem for 25+ years that I reversed with Carnivore. The energy and brain clarity are incredible too. I don't think I'll ever go back to ultra processed foods. I feel too good.
statins will statistically lower your blood cholesterol , this much is TRUTH. What they do NOT do is affect mortality from heart disease. So the logic that lower blood cholesterol translates into extended life years is false.
Statins are actually quite dangerous. Most doctors no NOTHING about real nutrition. It’s not the steak, eggs or hard cheeses that are bad for you… it’s the carbs that most people eat with them. It's breads, potatoes, rice, gravies… sugars combined. Eat a big, rare to medium-rare steak cooked in butter (no seed oils), skip the baked potato, fries, bread, etc. served with it. :-)
I agree! Statins are tremendously dangerous and harmful. They’re also the most widely prescribed drug in the US and one of big pharma’s biggest cash cows.

Another cutting edge mind bender Dr. Malone. I have to admit you have a much more positive outlook on our government being able to control these technologies than I. This has already become an arms race and unfortunately we are dealing with countries that do remove organs from healthy people to save their elites. Senator Ron Johnson presented a paper recently to the AI panel. The author was forbidden to attend. His great concern was the use of manufactured videos of people. I saw on Twitter a created video of Biden stating he was going to reinstate the draft. Looked 100% “real”.
Mr. Johnson wants to legally ban that use with heavy fines for those who do not comply.
