Attorney General Ken Paxton Sues BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard for Illegally Conspiring to Manipulate Energy Markets, Driving Up Costs for Consumers
AUSTIN – Attorney General Ken Paxton sued BlackRock, State Street Corporation, and Vanguard Group, three of the largest institutional investors in the world, for conspiring to artificially constrict the market for coal through anticompetitive trade practices.
Good old Vitamin D3.... It's like the Bacon of the vitamin world. There isn't much that it won't make better!
That said, there's more to dental health your dentist never tells you. I have developed as much of a distrust for dentists as most of the rest of the medical profession. They only tell you the stuff that improves their bottom line!
Back around 1990 the dentists started telling me I had problems with periodontal disease. So, being a good little patient, I went along with whatever they advised and took their antibiotics and had their scrapings and deep cleanings and whatever else they could come up with to charge me handsomely for. This went on for most of 20 years, probably averaging $1000/$2000 a year. After all that not only had they not cured my problem, it was getting worse. I was constantly getting painful gum infections and was starting to lose teeth.
I finally said to myself.... Well, this is stupid!
Now I honestly cannot tell you where I heard this from but I recalled someone saying that baking soda (very alkaline) is very good for disinfecting your mouth. Somebody else had told me that hydrogen peroxide is a very effective bacterial mouthwash. So I went down to the grocery store and got a box of baking soda and a couple quarts of hydrogen peroxide, enough to last most of a year, for the princely sum of about 10 bucks. Best thing I ever did. Teeth tightened right up, gums stop hurting, gums stopped bleeding. I wish I'd have done this in 1990 instead of listening to the dentist for 20 odd years.
Exactly the history we experienced, OldGuy52. When told we needed immediate (and expensive) periodontal gum surgery, we said "hLL no, there must be something better than cutting off body parts!" We discovered that all the dental advice we received over a lifetime was plain wrong (both parents were smokers and lost all their teeth, starting in their 50s).
On the recommendation of a friend who was a dental hygienist, we discovered hygienist Sheila Wolf (aka Mama Gums) and her book Pregnancy and Oral Health. (We were in our 50s, so pregnancy wasn't an issue.) We studied the book during a trip to visit parents and extracted (pun intended) what we needed for our own use. We then worked with Sheila to create a another book for -- yes, non-pregnant people -- and a one-page quick reference. We cured our periodontal disease in 2004. No issues since!
Just once a day at night before going to bed, If one uses a water flosser and thoroughly irrigates one gums and thoroughly brushes one's teeth afterwords, it highly unlikely one will EVER experience a cavity or periodontal disease. EVER. Correct nutrition can only help, but a disease that is the rotting of the gums from crap left in the gums is easily preventable by doing the above.
I generally don't name brands either, but this is an example of a good one we've used for decades (a few iterations -- they don't last forever). Unfortunately, our dentists over the years just said brush and floss and you're good to go. Nope, it takes more, as we learned when we did our own research.
Yeah. When one first uses a water flosser and sees the crap in the sink you used to grind into your gums faithfully with floss, well that's an eye opener.
Been using a Waterpik for 25 years or more. See dentist once a year for cleaning and taking care of cavities if any. Time marches on in your senior years.
Basically, it sounds like everything in the 'Pharmakeia world’ damages our optimal health. Ex. Giving out anti-anxiety meds (‘Benzos') like candy in America, over long term use, destroys your brain's functioning and shortens both your quality of life and its length. The implementing of regular exercise, quality food and sunshines does more for your health than seemingly anything else. It’s *almost* like God is trying to tell us something. This current body was not made for eternity. P.S. Lack of dental coverage in medicare seems like a tactical move now. (Floss, people!)
Just had my semi-annual exam yesterday. They suggested a water flosser because of better cleaning especially around crowns where plaque likes to build up
I had mine on Nov 14 and my dentist literally swabbed my teeth with fluoride before I could even speak! It was horrible. Next time I will demand that not be done EVER again! I was pissed
I had mine as well. DH used the water flosser, too. Maybe I need to invest in one as well. (Lots of people getting their exams done before their yearly expires.)
That will handle the pocket issues, but not bacteria, etc. A rinse with salt water or a little hydrogen peroxide (but not too often) is supposed to be good.
Thank you for this. It is such an important topic, as many people do not pay attention to it or simply do not know that problems with the teeth, gums, dental nerve, oral flora, bad breath, etc. can affect the entire body. And who likes to lose their teeth, since unfortunately our genetics do not provide for them to grow back. A straight bite is so important. Inflammation can cause a lot of damage. Another big issue is the intolerance of materials used in dental prostheses or implants. Many dentists don't even bother to address this. I was recently given a three-part bridge that tilted when it was put in because the dental technician had done an inaccurate job. I had pain for half a year until I said: Take it out!
Your approach is sound and reasoned. The lesson of Covid for America medicine is to avoid these cul de sacs of dogma. Fluoride in drinking water is a great example. At the time it was a thoughtful approach, but then nobody asks is there a better answer, a safer answer, is it working? Radical mastectomy was the standard cure for breast cancer until some asked these questions. As a physician, we need to always ask is these questions. I fear that the current crop of med students are taught algorithms and not original thought. Mistakes should makes better. It is ok to say I was wrong, this is a better way.
What a good article on dental health, Dr. Malone :) You could be a DDS (as well as everything else you research). All I know is I've given a few dentist's a good living- perhaps even added a speedboat or a vacation or two. Should probably have a wing on the Milton S. Hershey estate named after me 😀 - I have always liked chocolate 🍫. Too much. Thankfully- only took me half a century to outgrow this craving. And this leads me back to the lucrative world of dentistry. I've learned to do better. Rigorous about dental health these days. (And like most things - my parents were right). Even on the road-'swish w/ baking soda, H202. Hydrogen Peroxide (never swallow) will not destroy the gums, but beats up bacteria. Mom, Dad, you were right.
Why is it that the professionals in any given field seem to be the last to recognize the changing data in these fields...continuing education is blurred by so many factors. Established protocol is hard to break and change is slow. Questioning the 'science" doesn't seem to be high on anyone's list except those that have been burned. Welcome to the new club of "looking deeper." I'm in!!!
After 70+ years, just had a "deep" cleaning of my teeth and gums. They did one quarter of my mouth, one week at a time to ease the pain and soreness. My dentist gave me an electric toothbrush, charger, and floss sticks for maintenance. Never realized how much food was still present after manual brushing and toothpicks. My teeth getting whiter after decades of coffee consumption is an added bonus. I was well worth the temporary discomfort and the money.
We've proposed a sample bill asking Idaho legislature to remove fluoride from water and health districts and schools to stop topical fluoride tooth applications, especially for kids.
We also offer a non-invasive highly-effective method for cleaning and disinfecting the mouth (in downloadable PDF form). This regimen --which isn't new at all but was suppressed like just about all good science and medicine -- saved people we know from requiring periodontal gum surgery, reduced their pockets from 4s and 5s to 1s and 2s, stopped their bleeding gums, and resulted in not-a-single cavity in more than 20 years.
Excellent discussion about maintaining dental health and beyond. Trace fluoride over time has to be a toxin that reduces the essential nutrient/hormone mis named vitamin D. Depressing The brain's ability to function properly is compounded by Vitamin D deficiency. The study discussed quoted nanomoles, which is 40% of nanograms. (Highly deficient have less than 10 nanograms in their blood. My wife was in this category and fought lymphoma for 10 years.) Confusing to both medical and layman. NIH erroneously pushes the concept that 20 nanograms is sufficient. The truth is the base line should be 50 nanograms. Should eliminate expressing in nanomoles. Dr. Malone should interview Dr. Leslie Ray Matthews a global expert on the true value of vitamin D.
He was a trauma brain physician that healed and saved 279 more brain trauma patients in his career than is cohorts who didn't provide key nutrients including vitamin D. In addition he programmed a nutritional program for his sister's school children in a Mississippi school district to boost their intake of vitamin D and good nutrition. The result was that the children learned well and they went from being a D class to a A class of students and many went on to college for the first time. He also made sure that his nephew's high school football team had sufficient intake of D and brain concussions were eliminated because skull strength was heightened. He has been honored by being enrolled in the Royal Academy of Physicians for his life long work. There is a simple solution that has been promoted by a co worker of John Ott. Addition of Vitamin D emitting lights in schools is the simplest answer that is ignored.
Should also have them in the tin barns where we raise chickens. Then we would not have to add D to the chicken feed. Probably eliminate bird flu also, because it would boost the chicken's immune system! When will we embrace the basic concept that when we introduce chemicals into the human body that reprogram or interfere with normal biological function, that we will have adverse reactions to deal with. The impact RNA injections has magnified this. If they did a study on our children who are prescribed SSRI's and measure their blood value of the active form of Vitamin D, they will discover an inverse relationship. My view based on years of studying the true value of Vitamin D which controls the correct expression of about 3000 genes when activated. Also, the higher the D value less likely to acquire breast cancer. The medical elite knows the truth, and continually negatively spins the Vitamin D issue to maintain their profitable medical treatment protocols. Point well taken Thomas A Braun RPH! My oncologist always wanted to know my Vitamin D levels. His nurse grown up but I knew as a child explained it to me. They were great. Some say I was over treated but happily out 17 years with a Class 0! We never know but I always want to know my levels. Stay proactive folks. Glad people are slowly waking up!
After many decades of working as an analyst discovering the criminal element of the "corporate US" profit machine and doing my best to get the word out about all of the intentionally placed dangerous and deadly pitfalls of this elaborate system that does so much harm to Americans quality of life and our lifespan, it is extremely refreshing to read all of your fine articles that are bringing light to the general public~! In reading the comments here "below" it is very uplifting to see how many good folks are following your lead and even expanding upon your good work to engage in the process of well overdue positive changes~! As I am monitoring so many good people who are now becoming proactive in their own lives in SO many ways, I can't help but be encouraged that this process of society finally taking control and responsibility for the path of America and the world is at hand~! Thank you for all of your hard work and tenacity~! Have a great Thanksgiving at your wonderful ranch home surrounded by your family, friends, and beautiful animals~! Sincerely, Mike
Good question! There needs to be a simple finger prick blood test that can be done in-house to determine vitamin D levels. Right now insurance companies will not pay for D levels in healthy patients.
Think Dr. M would like hearing this

Ten other states have joined
They just mentioned that on Hannity, he’s coming on the show.
Btw! James thanks for restacking that little video meme from Bill Pieper. Never laughed so hard in a very long time! I had tears in my eyes!
Excellent comment~! Happy Thanksgiving~! Sincerely, Mike
Thanks Mike. Hope yours is a good one
Paxton is great! God bless Texas.

Water flossers are awesome! So are electronic toothbrushes, e.g., Sonicare.
I didn't want to name brands, but yup. Dental problems are easy to prevent for life for most people by technology and ten minutes every night.
I generally don't name brands either, but this is an example of a good one we've used for decades (a few iterations -- they don't last forever). My mother didn't have an electric toothbrush but she used a Waterpik for as long as I could remember. She died at 95 with ALL her teeth.

In the Air Force we were advised to rinse and swallow (no spitting in public fountains I guess) after every meal. Not bad advice
That will handle the pocket issues, but not bacteria, etc. A rinse with salt water or a little hydrogen peroxide (but not too often) is supposed to be good.
I use food grade hydrogen peroxide.
For years, I have brushed only with salt and baking soda - no gum problems ever.
In my experience, the hydrogen peroxide works very well.
Yes, it can damage your enamel if you use it too often.
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" has a new cousin: "If it don't work, don't do it."
Love this!

Another topic: Trump called our current chancellor Karl Nehammer and asked him for his opinion on how the Ukraine war could be ended and Nehammer offered Austria as a venue for peace negotiations (see link below for all who understand German). I wish they would take this chance ASAP! https://www.servustv.com/aktuelles/v/aajs7kazv7vax0jfwj6y/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=organic_sm&utm_campaign=SN_beitrag&fbclid=IwY2xjawG0eQhleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHc8V4aQdGLU9JrnymkLGKH1HyQ5HR-PnqH5dsRAurAf1r3c4ZgwdmPiJ_A_aem_bhuRNRdw63eIaAjPgZppXA
Everything indicated here is more than a mouthful...
I've been doing all the extra duty to keep what teeth I have left solid attached to gum lines.
It has been a chore to avoid the visits to super scale and water blast plaque and tartar.
The Vita D3 advice still has all around values for most aspects of a well lived life.
Good Reading and have a Blessed Thanksgiving weekend!

Would normalizing the 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels (>50 ng/ml) in infants and children be the best answer for replacing childhood vaccinations?
