It seems to me prosecutors today are so incompetent, or the laws regarding homicide have become so obtuse, that they have to file a book load of charges to convict. Particularly when they think he is innocent and if charged only for a single crime he would be found not guilty. I seriously doubt this would have ever been tried it the victim was white or the marine was black. It stinks
