Thanks for posting this Dr. Malone. We must never forget how the democrats framed and jailed these innocent American citizens.

It’s very hard for me to think of the evil that our government, our president, Democrat senators and congressmen, and our justice system had to have prosecuting and sentencing innocent peaceful protesters to years and in some cases a decade in federal prison while Joe Biden pardons his son Hunter for despicable horrific felonies seen right on his laptop. How could any Democrat say this is equal justice under the law?

My mind always goes to Mathew Perna who’s good clean life was destroyed by this Biden Mafia that took over our White House. Mathew committed suicide while awaiting trial with threats by Merrick Garland to increase charges to domestic terrorism. His family said Mathew died of a Brocken heart. His obituary read “His community, which he loved, his country and the justice department killed his spirit, and his zest for life”. “The constant delays in hearings and postponements dragged out over a year. Because of this Matt’s heart broke and his spirit died and many people are responsible for all the pain he endured.” People responsible for these phony prosecutions need to pay big time so we never go through this ever again! The inversion of nearly everything that was formerly considered to be sane & just over the last nearly 4-years has been both mind-numbing & soul-sucking. Perhaps that was the goal from the outset - to so confuse, demoralize, & spiritually deflate the population, that they would eventually "wave the white flag", so to speak. Then, finish us off completely with an additional 4-years in the White House. They certainly hit the ground running with their ruinous actions & policies following the highly questionable 2020 election results, where questioning those results was considered treasonous. This is the kind of behavior you would expect from a Banana Republic. Though Trump won both the popular vote & the Electoral College, keep in mind that 66+ million Americans voted for Harris. Think about that. That, in itself, is very telling & frightening.

Expand full comment

No, Debra, it is EXACTLY like a Socialist/Communist regime.

More likely, - like Biden in 2020 - most of the Harris votes were rigged - but THIS TIME, the tsunami of VALID votes overwhelmed the phony ones - both popular and Electoral ones.

"Democrats", James? Anyone who has read just one of the three volumes of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's "GULAG ARCHIPELAGO" could plainly see that INCREDIBLY, our federal government was literally copying the Stalinist Bolshevik Communists modus operandi

against the Russian people. Merrick Garland needs an orange jump suit and a TINY cell to reflect on his ongoing TREASON - for the next 20 years.

Your analogy of J6 Protestors jailed and hunter biden (note no capitals) pardoned is a situation beyond words. We can NEVER allow this kind of activity/ behavior/crime to ever happen again.

I agree Les, this has to be fixed; judges, prosecutors and the attorney general must pay for their crimes, and for ruining so many lives and families. Exercising your 1st Amendment God Given Rights is not a mailable offense. The government had no justification for what they did.

When I was a young woman it never dawned on me that our Judicial system would ever become so corrupt. But, it has and I believe it will take years to weed out the worst offenders at the DOJ, FBI and Federal Judiciary. Now when people take that oath to defend the Constitution and they break their oath, there must be a way to hold them accountable. Just firing them isn’t going to stop the next tyrannical Biden Harris types down the road. And, there will be more of them.

We need a penal code NOT written by lawyers. It has become so ensnarled in legalese that, as is often said, a DA can induce a grand jury indict a cheese sandwich.

This trial going on in NYC another example. It seems to me prosecutors today are so incompetent, or the laws regarding homicide have become so obtuse, that they have to file a book load of charges to convict. Particularly when they think he is innocent and if charged only for a single crime he would be found not guilty. I seriously doubt this would have ever been tried it the victim was white or the marine was black. It stinks

There should be no record in the background of the J6 protestors. It is the right of every citizen to speak up and peacefully protest, when an event has occurred that is heinous! The 2020 election was the most dishonest that ever existed in American history. I read all about it and saw videos of what really occurred. Many other good citizens wanted to go to Washington to protest this blatant corrupt election. It was a total travesty of justice to lock up American citizens for standing on their constitutional rights to protest.

"But never in the history of the United States have such harsh sentences been meted out for a political protest."

I love President Trump. I will change my mind if he doesn't quickly get the J6ers released.

I remember considering traveling there from WA state. I wouldn't have gotten involved with any of "the action," but I can definitely see myself standing on the perimeter if the Congressional grounds where many there were prosecuted. I couldn't fund anyone here (f'in WA state) willing to go with me. There but for the grace of God go I.

I, too, would have liked to have gone and would have just stood in protest, would not have entered any building, but my age and mobility issues prevented. It is ludicrous that people were arrested and jailed for just being there - and some kept in solitary confinement for months!! I cannot understand why they haven't been freed. YES, they are political prisoners and give reason for ALL to fear the current administration. HOPEFULLY, this can all be turned around by incoming administration.

On another point, I wish people would stop using “gifted” as a verb. Up until relatively recently, its only verb usage was in the context of receiving an attribute or power: e.g., “Tom had been gifted with extraordinary acumen.” In such a case the unnamed giver is God. “Gifted” was never used as a substitute for “gave.” People receive gifts; they are not “gifted” with them. So and so “gave me” that sweater, not so and so “gifted me with” that sweater. Gave means what it says: given freely, without payment. Why the ungrammatical and awkward locution of “gifted with” has taken over the way it has stymies me.

Thank you for this timely call for promises to be kept. It also serves as a timely reminder of the depths to which the opposition is willing to sink to entrap. I am not aware of any justice accorded for the Babbitt and Boylan murders committed in the course of this affair.

We have the inauguration coming up on, as you note, January 20. A coincidence has made my skin crawl. Clients, hard left, retired FBI, have scheduled me for the 19th - 21. Will they be attending? Why?

Such concerns aside, I think we should be according substanial attention to lessons learned from Jan 6. We have opposition from those for whom the ends justify all and any means necessary. January 20 could serve as an action point.

As of this last week, I hear they are actively continuing to hunt down, charge and prosecute J6 participants. Lawfare for political ends (particularly by our government) must be stopped!

Thank you for again highlighting the injustices of the J6 affair and your call that essential steps be taken to address the wrongs incurred.

Clearly, the US government and numerous state governments have become "The Evil Empire", now well surpassing the crimes against the Russian folks that the old USSR regularly committed for many decades~! Yes, there are some Americans who live in total ignorance who don't/can't/refuse to do the simple research to discover the truth about the government that they blindly support, however thank God that the vast majority of Americans have realized just how evil the US and numerous state governments have become. For many years I was in a profession where I was able to help Americans who had been financially harmed by the criminals in the US & state governments and because I am an American Constitutionalist, I would always ask these victims if they realized that these criminal rogue governments were destroying Americans lives on a regular basis. Some responded as if they truly had been ignorant of the abuses that these criminals in government had been committing. Most claimed that they did actually know that the criminals in government had been destroying their fellow Americans lives and families for years, but they NEVER "thought" that it would happen to them~! So, there you go, it is the sleeping sheep who ignorantly "assume" that government abuses will never come to their front door, until they are confronted with their own ignorance and pathetic failures as Americans and human beings~! OK, so there we have the truth, and it really is simple. Americans can continue acting foolish and allow themselves to keep being tricked into fighting with each other as "we" have been controlled to do for well over 100 years now, or we can join together against our real & true common enemy (those who have been and who currently are methodically destroying The American Constitution and ALL Americans), so that we can purge the criminals from our government, prosecute them for their long list of crimes, and reestablish the common law system that these criminals of humanity have completely ignored for well over 100 brutal & ruthless years~! Argue with my words here and YOU are the problem, but after the last landslide election of good Americans who have (again) completely rejected this evil & unlawful criminal government matrix you know what "we" must now do to take back control of America and return it to the Constitutional rule of law that our beloved country was always designed to be under~! Merry Christmas and may 2025 be the greatest year for you, America, and the world ever~! M

I don't take any pleasure or "like" writing such words about our government, however as an old American Constitutionalist the truth must be told~! With the truth, ALL Americans have a chance for a better future and especially the young generations and the generations to come :) Together it is good folks like you and many others who have made the difference and soon we will see many of the evil criminals within our government and country being disposed of appropriately~! Americans have learned a lot or hard and difficult lessons over the past couple of decades, so we need to always remember those lessons and make sure that all future generations know them well~! Have a very Merry Christmas and get ready for a difficult yet rewarding 2025~! Sincerely, Mike

The reality is it will take SEVERAL generations - minimum - who are NOT brainwashed in Marxist excrement; and again taught the Three R's + factual USA History + the history of the RESULTS of socialism and communism as applied to the human condition - including the one hundred + MILLIONS of children, women and men slaughtered in the name of "equality" that will really effect change in the US.

Unless the entire "American" academy (public and private ) are not completely reformed, NOTHING will change for the betterment and "good of all."

I agree my friend!

The good news is that with the removal of the federal department of education President Trump and his team will be off to a very good start correcting the evil path of Americas corrupt and failed educational system. Returning the school systems to the local communities to determine what is best will be a great and overdue improvement and it will have quicker results. For instance, I recently confirmed that there is at least one school in Texas that is now teaching the children about the criminal coup that overtook America in 1871 by incorporating "The US Corporate government" and rewriting the original American Constitution, which is precisely why America has had SO many terrible problems for the past 150 years~! This is HUGE news because not many Americans know that the corporate US has been illegally and unlawfully dominating and controlling Americans against their will and best interests all these years~! This Constitutionalist is one happy camper about that ;-) Sadly, you are absolutely right that "we" (America) will likely have to see the deaths of at least a couple of generations, before the country can really have a chance to be great~! That is only because most Americans are WAY to egotistical and stubbornly refuse to believe that they have been brainwashed all of their lives about nearly everything. It is also why this process is really taking SO long, because most Americans are too weak & soft, and they could NEVER handle too much of the truth too fast, or they would fall completely apart~! It sounds as if you have broken the chains of your brainwashing, which is in fact the greatest and most horrifically painful feat that anyone can achieve in life, bar none, so congratulations on that because VERY few Individuals can accomplish that successfully~! Hang in there my friend, because it won't be too much longer before the majority of good Americans realize that they just saved America in the last election and when they are shown the evidence of what "we" narrowly avoided and some of the real problems that we have been facing, we together will never go back to the criminals of humanity evil agenda~! Great job and stay safe because the "new" America that has already been born is going to prove to be amazing for ALL Americans who survive to witness it~! M

The 1st Amendment to our Constitution allows for freedom of speech, peaceful protest, and our 6th Amendment allows for freedom to assemble. A few years ago, when on January 6th - due to the arrests of over 1,200 peaceful protesters - America saw how fragile a Republic can be; when the 3 branches of government does not fully enforce or enact Constitutionalal safeguards. Part of those safeguards is due process, which was denied many innocent Americans. From the online interviews I saw, and the testimonies of the imprisoned I've read [as in John Strand, above], most were denied due process, immediate legal representation, as well as inhumane terrible treatment. I've heard and read, many were veterans, praying grandmother's, law abiding citizens who came to D.C. to show support for their candidate, and speak on issues. From all the events of the last 4 years, under the American Flag, the most needful urgent action for this nation to not only survive, but thrive, must be oversight, checks and balances, whistle-blower protection, and immediate reform.

On any schoolyard - the bully in the playground gets away with his schemes, because he can. No one stops him. But when the parent, or no-nonsense teacher comes and picks up the bully by the nape of his neck, and squares him eyeball to eyeball, the bully shakes in his boots- someone stronger - and more decent- who now has the control, has said... no more. We need the decent, stronger lawyers and judges, those whose fair-rule-of-law standards cant be bribed away. Our federal, state and local government agencies and heads, the beauracratic bullies who have played their game too long, need the incentive to play fair, or resign, or get fired. Why would they willingly give up their perks, their power? It's worked too well for them through 7 administrations. So, times up when President Trump and the new administration- the new cop comes on the playground.

I believe Pres. Trump will enforce the Constitution- already enshrined into our 📜 scrolls. He doesn't back down to the bullies, and he fights for the underdog. We've seen the rallys, we've heard his stories. He is part P.T. Barnum in his showmanship, part Gen.Custer and Gen. Patton in his bravado. But a coward, he's not. Say what you will about him, but he doesn't tolerate fools or liars easily. Isn't that what this Republic has needed for the last 70 years? A leader. With guts. With courage. Who really loves us, and will fight, fight, fight for us.

His Light Beacon

There are people who have served half those years for actually taking a life, hurting a child, doing all sorts of evil.

Look at the 1971 and 1983 bombings of the US Capitol building by left wingers who hate America. It took 5 years for charges to be brought in the 1983 bombing. No one has ever been charged for the 1971 bombing. So, fast forward to 2021, a million patriots came to DC to protest a stolen election, hundreds that did nothing are now incarcerated. It was a message to anyone who supported Trump you may be next. Most people realized this cannot stand, fast forward 2024, we showed the corrupt system they will be dealt with when we elected Trump in numbers too big to rig.
