1. It’s not a vaccine. A vaccine by definition provides immunity to a disease. This does not provide immunity to anything. In a best-case scenario, it merely reduces the chance of getting a severe case of a virus if one catches it. Hence, it is a medical treatment, not a vaccine. I do not want to take medical treatment for an illness I do not have. The Whole thing Stinks.
2. The drug companies, politicians, medical establishment, and media have joined forces to universally refer to this as a vaccine when it is not one, with the intention of manipulating people into feeling safer about undergoing a medical treatment.
3. The presumed benefits of this medical treatment are minimal and would not last long in any case.

I have learned in the last few years that data obfuscation is a pharmaceutical industry practiced fine art. Blatantly obvious examples of that are first the fact that true placebos like saline are not used and second is pharma's use of RRR, as opposed to ARR. RRR being relative risk reduction and ARR being absolute risk reduction. RRR is what pharma advertises for the effectiveness of a product. RRR is meaningless from a health perspective. They compare the latest product to another known to be ineffective drug and then declare the new product to be 95% effective compared to the known to be ineffective "placebo". This gets even more insidious. Pharma and their puppets stand on "coincidence is not causality" and this is a strong position. Causality can never be proven because a true placebo was never used in the study group. Add to that legal defense the Baye/Dole Act which gave pharma liability immunity for "vaccines". So we give liability immunity to repeat convicted felons for the manufacture of "vaccines". “Safe and Effective” is a marketing term, not a scientific term. “Safe and effective” is an absolute, like an absolute truth.
Science is about measurement.
We measure safety, or its inverse, RISK in two dimensions: Danger and probability. Danger includes all the possible adverse consequences. We need to also measure probability, or the frequency of each case of damage. For example, death from vaccination is a risk with a high seriousness and a low probability. Soreness of the injection site is a very high probability but low risk. We multiply each risk by its probability to measure each risk. Risk calculations must be continually updated as we learn more about the dangers.
Unfortunately, in our current medical paradigm it is not possible to prove someone was injured or killed by vaccination. As a result, risks cannot be accurately calculated, so safety cannot be effectively monitored.
Effectiveness as well can be measured. However, effectiveness is measured against specific standards, which must be clearly defined. Current standard measures of vaccine effectiveness are very poor statistical analyses. As a result, we do not measure effectiveness very well either.
It is very challenging to measure the effectiveness of non-curative preventatives, because we can never prove a case of disease was prevented unless we expose the patient to a measured dose of the cause - and that would be immoral with human patients. In addition, most vaccines are tested on healthy members of the population, those less likely to contract the disease and suffer negative consequences. The vaccine is only used on unhealthy, diseases, or otherwise high risk patients after approval - again hiliting the need for ongoing surveillance of effectiveness accross different populations. A vaccine that is very effective for people with low risk, but ineffective for people with high risk is of little use in the general population.
In addition, drug companies decide on their own “measures” ol effectiveness, that is to say “what is measured.” There is no room for independent much less competitive analysis.
Yes, all that AND: How can we possibly evaluate the long term safety of a drug/injection that has supposedly only been in development/testing for 6 or 8 months?
Again I go back to spring 2020 when operation warp speed was an infant. I said then, wait, what are the results of this thing going to be in 3 to 5 years? When did prophylactic vaccines become something other?
Back when I was in elementary school we all lined up to get a few vaccines. The only ones I recall were polio, small pox and a tetanus shot. I don't think I have ever had any vaxxes besides these. Amazingly I do not know anybody who had a serious adverse event after any of these group vaccinations. Nor do I know of anybody who came down with any of those maladies after their vaccination. The covid vaccine for sure and in fact most of the vaccines being forced on people (mostly kids) these days cannot boast of a safety or effectiveness record like that. Quite the opposite.
Seems like back then coming up with vaccines was more about saving lives and preventing devastating illnesses than about generating profits. It's been a slippery slope toward money grubbing ever since.

I don't doubt that there were some adverse events associated with the polio vax. I have heard that the first version of that was quite problematic. I guess we weren't given the first version, as I saw no bad reactions in our group of,, I guess, 125 or so kids. I have learned in the last few years that data obfuscation is a pharmaceutical industry practiced fine art. Blatantly obvious examples of that are first the fact that true placebos like saline are not used and second is pharma's use of RRR, as opposed to ARR. RRR being relative risk reduction and ARR being absolute risk reduction. RRR is what pharma advertises for the effectiveness of a product. RRR is meaningless from a health perspective. They compare the latest product to another known to be ineffective drug and then declare the new product to be 95% effective compared to the known to be ineffective "placebo". This gets even more insidious. Pharma and their puppets stand on "coincidence is not causality" and this is a strong position. Causality can never be proven because a true placebo was never used in the study group. Add to that legal defense the Baye/Dole Act which gave pharma liability immunity for "vaccines". “Safe and Effective” is a marketing term, not a scientific term. “Safe and effective” is an absolute, like an absolute truth.
Science is about measurement.
We measure safety, or its inverse, RISK in two dimensions: Danger and probability. Danger includes all the possible adverse consequences. We need to also measure probability, or the frequency of each case of damage. For example, death from vaccination is a risk with a high seriousness and a low probability. Soreness of the injection site is a very high probability but low risk. We multiply each risk by its probability to measure each risk. Risk calculations must be continually updated as we learn more about the dangers.
Unfortunately, in our current medical paradigm it is not possible to prove someone was injured or killed by vaccination. As a result, risks cannot be accurately calculated, so safety cannot be effectively monitored.
Effectiveness as well can be measured. However, effectiveness is measured against specific standards, which must be clearly defined. Current standard measures of vaccine effectiveness are very poor statistical analyses. As a result, we do not measure effectiveness very well either.
It is very challenging to measure the effectiveness of non-curative preventatives, because we can never prove a case of disease was prevented unless we expose the patient to a measured dose of the cause - and that would be immoral with human patients. In addition, most vaccines are tested on healthy members of the population, those less likely to contract the disease and suffer negative consequences. The vaccine is only used on unhealthy, diseases, or otherwise high risk patients after approval - again hiliting the need for ongoing surveillance of effectiveness accross different populations. A vaccine that is very effective for people with low risk, but ineffective for people with high risk is of little use in the general population.
In addition, drug companies decide on their own “measures” ol effectiveness, that is to say “what is measured.” There is no room for independent much less competitive analysis.

When did prophylactic vaccines become something other?
Back when I was in elementary school we all lined up to get a few vaccines. The only ones I recall were polio, small pox and a tetanus shot. I don't think I have ever had any vaxxes besides these. Amazingly I do not know anybody who had a serious adverse event after any of these group vaccinations. Nor do I know of anybody who came down with any of those maladies after their vaccination. The covid vaccine for sure and in fact most of the vaccines being forced on people (mostly kids) these days cannot boast of a safety or effectiveness record like that. Quite the opposite.
Seems like back then coming up with vaccines was more about saving lives and preventing devastating illnesses than about generating profits. It's been a slippery slope toward money grubbing ever since.
I still have a scar from the small pox vax. Now they require at least five polio jabs. Tells one how effective they must not be.
