I haven't purchase beef at N.Grocers in a while, but last time, at least here locally, the beef Was Grass fed & Grass finished 100%. I mentioned Butcher Box in earlier post and they do the same GF & GF. FYI. Not so cheap as regular beef but my health worth eating less at a time, but making it quality. Again, as I've said "All food should be organic, period"!!!
