Dr. Malone-I posted this to Friday Funnies and think I got it in there too late for you to see it. So I'm reposting now incase you missed it:

Thought this might make your day!

An Ontario judge has dismissed the father's motion and ruled in favor of the mother NOT to vaccinate the two children. The mother cites, in part, some of your comments as evidence. It's been determined by the judge that you the other "well known leaders in their fields" are "not crackpots or charlatans":):).........

"[60] For example, the article submitted by the mother “Are People Getting Full Facts on COVID Vaccine Risks?” quotes Dr. Robert W. Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine. Whether he is right or wrong about the current use of COVID vaccines is a matter for discussion and determination. But with his credentials, he can hardly be dismissed as a crackpot or fringe author. The mother referred to the following excerpt from the article:

The original inventor of the mRNA vaccine (and DNA vaccine) core platform technology currently used to create the vaccines is Dr Robert W Malone. Dr Malone has been expressing serious concerns about how therapeutic approaches that are still in the research phase are being imposed on an ill-informed public. He says that public health leadership has, "stepped over the line and is now violating the bedrock principles which form the foundation upon which the ethics of clinical research are built".

Dr Malone asks why health leaders seem to be so afraid of sharing the adverse event data. He says, "Why is it necessary to suppress discussion and full disclosure of information concerning mRNA reactogenicity and safety risks?"

He goes onto say that we should be analysing the safety data and risks vigorously. Again he asks, "Is there information or patterns that can be found, such as the recent finding of the cardiomyopathy signals, or the latent virus reactivation signals? We should be enlisting the best biostatistics and machine learning experts to examine these data, and the results should -- no must -- be made available to the public promptly".

For any drug it has always been important to have systems in place for monitoring adverse events. However, for an experimental, genetic modifying approach that has not been fully tested, and where the public are effectively the guinea pigs, this information should be immediately and readily available. As previously reported...the fact that it is so difficult to access and make sense of ...reporting systems - along with low reporting simply raises further concern about what is actually happening.

. . . .

Dr Malone says, " .. what is being done by suppressing open disclosure and debate concerning the profile of adverse events associated with these vaccines violates fundamental bioethical principles for clinical research".

With regard to the use and abuse of misinformation, the inventor of these vaccines says that the public have to be given accurate information to allow informed consent. He says, "The suppression of information, discussion, and outright censorship concerning these current COVID vaccines which are based on gene therapy technologies cast a bad light on the entire vaccine enterprise. It is my opinion that the adult public can handle information and open discussion. Furthermore, we must fully disclose any and all risks associated with these experimental research products".

In short, it is simply not possible to arrive at a position of informed consent unless you have access to the full facts around your options and the associated risks and benefits.

[61] The same article outlines other serious concerns about COVID vaccines expressed by Dr. Bret Weinstein, Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Tess Lawrie, Professor Stanley S. Levinson (medicine, endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism) and Professor Sucharit Bhakdi (awarded the Order of Merit for medical microbiology). These are well-known leaders in their fields.

[62] Several other articles presented by the mother outline similar expressions of concern about the COVID vaccines from equally qualified and reputable sources worldwide.

[63] For clarity:

a. I am not for one moment suggesting that we should presume the mother’s experts are right.

b. But once we determine they’re not crackpots and charlatans, how can we presume that they are wrong? Or that they couldn’t possibly be right about any of their warnings?

c. When children’s lives are at stake, how can we ignore credible warnings?"

The entire ruling is a fascinating read:

Thanks for sharing the filing. Every win counts. This is a small win for freedom and humanity. It is an incalculably huge win for the two children, and all their family members. The dad may not know it yet, but he also was gifted a win he simply does not have the humility and knowledge to appreciate.

This is excellent! So impressed with the judges statements and reasoning. Really a statement about the terrible times we are in, and the horrific behavior of governments and their propoganda and censorship enablers.

This is an example of the critical thinking ability that should be EXPECTED from any one sitting on the bench! It is good to see that not all have fallen into the psychosis.

Dr. Malone, as long as you are in that future as the warrior you are it will be a better future for all of us. Kudos to you.

I am so thankful for you, and everyone esle who is pushing forward with truth and integrity. Honestly, working in healthcare (neurosurgery) and living in an area that is more alseep than not, it is trying some days to not feel alone. Having discussions with surgeons and seasoned doctors who are 100% believing in the narrative has been a little intimidating. But, after citing data and being calm and collected during our conversations (and for the rest of the day, I still have to work with them haha) I have found that they are slowly opening up to that idea that we are not being told the truth. Since the beginning this hasn't felt right and I have been digging for people like you to listen to, to get information that is not present on MSM. Thankfully, I was able to attend the event with One Washington that Dr. Cole and you spoke at, and since then I have a new sense of togetherness and don't feel as alone and defeated in my own little task of helping educate those around me on these issues.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being one of the good guys and showing us we are not alone :-)

Much love,

Heather

Thank you for reminding me about the name of the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect, which I can never seem to remember, ironically (or not ;-)

The AfterSkool video you shared is based on one episode from the Academy of Ideas series on mass hypnosis. I highly recommend watching all three entries from the original series. You’ll find them at the end of my first essay, “A Primer for the Propagandized: Fear Is the Mind-Killer”:

Once again a fantastic article. Great reminder for us all. Can you help us to learn how to TEACH people to critically think? I am an employer, in my field, it is imperative to have critical thinking skills. I use a critical thought exam during the hiring process. The ratings for this assessment are, low to high, completed, familiar, proficient, expert. Only 5% of applicants score above familiar. Shocking, right? That makes my hiring pool very very small. What is the theory of why critical thinking went out the window? I was raised on a farm and it is natural to me, so I can’t understand why others lack.

The rise of government schools signaled the death of critical thinking. The purpose of compulsory public schooling was to provide factories and other business with good assembly-line workers who would do their job and not ask questions. Read all about it in books by the late educator John Taylor Gatto. One of them is called Dumbing Us Down: The Hidden Curriculum of Compulsory Schooling. That's why I homeschooled my four children, all grown now. I have never been more happy with my decision than I am right now. They learned how to think and so much more.

Critical thinking skills are nowhere to be found in the public school curriculum.

Would be curious to see your critical thought exam. And an example of an answer that would score well. But don’t worry, I’m retired and not planning to cheat my way into a job!

Dr. Malone, Thanks again for a thought-provoking post on the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect. It is continually reassuring when someone like yourself helps remind folks about relevant paradigms for viewing the world around us. Many folks are striving to get in touch with their ‘will’ and critical thinking skills, which may have gone dormant for a long time.

As a scholarly practitioner, I spent 35+ years in the IS/IT business world creating new enterprises to cope with the ever-burgeoning new business and social problems identified as important. At the ripe age of 50, I was invited into McGill University to achieve my PhD (in Knowledge Management).

I took seven years to complete the degree (I was getting slow); but once achieved it, I set my mind to working with undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral learners to help them hone their critical analysis and thinking skills. I am happy I did not wait until my current age of 870+ to get back involved in helping younger folks to think deeper and more profoundly.

I discovered that most had never been acquainted with specific competencies that facilitate unique perspectives on the issues and situations surrounding them. You are a breath of fresh air when you bring forward the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect. I am encouraged that folks are reading your content and about you and perceive that you have emerged as a significant thought leader after these years of darkness fogging our visions.

I look forward to every post you send out. Each one contains a new knowledge nugget.

Dr. Dan

Ran across two great quotes in P.J. O'Rourke's classic "Parliament of Whores". "Our government: what the f--- do they do all day and why does it cost so damned much money?" And by H. L. Mencken : "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

About “brain dead” and critical thinking…this subject deserves some closer analysis as well! Consider this:

“People have a right not to have a concept of death that experts vigorously debate imposed upon them against their judgment and conscience”

------

These words were written last year by Dr. D. Alan Shewmon, Professor Emeritus of pediatric neurology at the UCLA medical school. He and 107 experts on the issue of brain death signed a statement published in the Journal of Medicine and Philosophy. They proposed that people have a right to fully informed consent about brain death, including a disclosure that experts vigorously debate whether brain death actually represents biological and spiritual death. They also recommended that conscience protection safeguards be put in place for those who do not accept brain death criteria.

Dr. Shewmon has been an outspoken critic of the concept of brain death for many years. He spoke at the Harvard Medical School 2018 Conference Defining Death: Organ Transplantation and the Fifty-Year Legacy of the Harvard Report on Brain Death. Most speakers at that conference concluded that “brain death” is a legal fiction, and that these people are biologically alive at the time of their organ harvest.

Another quote from the Harvard conference: “The history of death determination in the context of organ donation can be described as an indoctrinating attempt to settle a moral controversy”.

I often speak with people who haven’t thought much about the organ transplant issue. When they hear that “brain death” is a legal fiction, and that these donors are still biologically and spiritually alive at the time of their organ harvest, they often respond with shock and disbelief. Or anger.

What I tell people who react with anger is that I completely understand their feelings. I was once a young physician who believed her authorities. When they told me that the young man I was taking to the operating room for an organ harvest was “dead”, I believed them despite the evidence of my eyes. He was warm, pink, breathing (with a ventilator), and had a beating heart. I still believed them as I noticed that he responded to incisions and surgery, requiring anesthesia like any other operative patient. It took me time to realize that I had been deceived, and that I had taken a living human being, whose soul was still in his body, and held him down with anesthetic drugs while he was murdered by the removal of his organs.

The organ transplant industry makes billions of dollars annually by pushing slick propaganda on an unsuspecting populace. People are then devastated when they learn that the organ they received came from a vulnerable, living human being who was murdered by its removal. And imagine the grief and regret of those who believed this lie and turned a beloved family member over to be harvested while he was actually alive.

For more information, please check out our website respectforhumanlife.com. People deserve the truth about organ harvesting and donation. People deserve to know that “brain death” is a lie.

Dr Malone is right on again. I’m sure some of you have witnessed or been part of a major world or regional event. When you review the media take on what happened you will notice it rarely matches what actually happened. Instead it follows some arch- narrative and often is modified to gain more attention than it would ( and thus make more money). I’ve been interviewed several times. I’m always misquoted at least a little. So, yes, think for yourself... and there is a bonus, critical thinking is fun.

The Central Bank Digital currency must not be allowed to happen- period. I cannot stress this enough. Not only will privacy evaporate but so will the last vestiges of subsidiarity (the belief that decisions should be made at the lowest competant level). Want to buy a steak tonight? Sorry, denied at the register. Your carbon credits ran out last week- on Wednesday at 3:01 PM to be exact. Want to use social media or substack? Just excellent. It's true, you have to read a lot of alternative media and even then read critically. Best to read original sources, not a journalists interpretation. Another topic: Scientists, doctors, scientific institutions do not speak out because the NIH/CDC/FDA cartel is run like a mafia writ large. Many great scientists have been ruined by the NIH/CDC/FDA cartel (i.e. Peter Duesberg, Judy Mikovits and many others). I would love for you to have a discussion with Senator Ron Johnson how this can be changed.

Dr Malone: While I have great respect for your courage and generally respect your expertise on many medical and wordly matters ... You may want to consider applying the Gell-Mann amnesia concept to your and many other anti-covid vax doctors. You and your like-minded colleagues at this point very clearly understand the horrific nature of "science" that created the "finished product." The money/power etc motives and yet ... you and your buds have very consistently called yourselves otherwise "pro-vax" people. Obvious to anyone with at least a room temp IQ the covid vaxxes are very bad products, yet you give a nearly complete pass to the same captured agencies that approved the covid vaxxes for their approvals on other vaxxes. Side-effects, falsification of data (Merck on the mumps vax for one) etc ... Hello, anyone home? Gell-Mann perhaps?

Thinking for ourselves is not natural, but a skill which must be trained. We're instinctively tribal creatures, genetically predisposed to follow the crowd. Parents and schools used to teach critical thought and skills to make us independent and self confident, but several generations of failed American education has eliminated critical thought and useful skills, but increased indoctrination in undeserved self esteem. That's the recipe for the mass neuroses we currently see. It will take several generations to correct it, but schools won't begin correcting society until society begins correcting the schools.
