I take 10,000 IU most days and my vitamin D level is over 90, and I have not had COVID

If you are taking Vitamin D you should be taking Vitamin K2 with it. The ratio is 10,000 IU Vit D/100 mcg Vitamin K2. K2 moves calcium from where it shouldn't be deposited to where it should be in the bones and teeth.

I am taking vit K2 for several reasons. Please do not think that I know less about nutrition and health than you do.

are you referring to this video link? the speaker is a functional medicine school founder...

further, it may be worth noting that i can't provide links about adverse effects on my post, because my source is my professional/ subscription-only service, Clinical Pharmacology (CP)... the only one i didn't mention from the adverse effects on CP's list is DEATH from cardiac and renal effects... also IRRITABILITY is on the list... oh! the stories i could tell!

if you want to email me, i could email a picture of the printout of adverse effects that i started reckoning with in 2017, which has references, if you want to email me?
