I can use a few good laughs right now. 👍 This coming Monday is the last day for the foreseeable future that I’ll be allowed to access my NASA research laboratory because I’ve refused both the jabs AND new Covid testing rules that go into effect on Tuesday. My conscience will not allow me to take part in testing that has been used in so many ways to create and shape this false narrative. In other words, BLUE-PILL PILOTS of the narrative: "YOU CAN TAKE THIS SWAB AND SHOVE IT!"* (with apologies to Johnny Paycheck 😉)

I'm not a lawyer but did a lot of contracts in my working days. I would take a one page contract to employers stating you will agree to tests and or "vaccines" if an officer of the company certifies that the test and or "vaccine" they insist you take is fully FDA approved. They will refuse and you should fully document their refusal. Their refusal to certify FDA approval may give you a legal position to pursue a remedy. At worst it creates a narrative that nobody will certify these products for safety.

For the legal side, yes, by all means groups with winning track records need to lead the charge. But don't underestimate the power of the narrative created by tens of thousands of refused contracts for certification of safety. Narratives are all the other side has, false ones no less, and look what they've accomplished with them.
Tactical wins versus strategic victory....its easy to get focused on the former at the expense of the latter. IMO the war is one of narratives. We win when truth is embodied as narratives. {edit} And Malone is doing a wonderful job at exactly that IMO. But we need other narratives to go with what he's doing. All jmo of course.
A definite possibility! Aaron Siri seems to be incredibly sharp. I think the right place to begin is with my local worker’s union and go from there. They are still reacting to the overall rollout of these new testing rules and I haven’t had the chance to do any more than merely mention my thoughts on this to them. Thank you for the suggestion!
Yes! And I believe that the testing issue has potential for big strategic wins because it’s clearly unlawful medical discrimination to mandate testing for ONLY asymptomatic unvaxxed people because you can’t scientifically divide high-risk vs. low risk (for spreading Covid) as unvaxxed vs. vaxxed by any stretch of the imagination. The ridiculousness of that idea seems to intensify almost daily with new medical insights as the blue-pill world continues to boost themselves into oblivion.
Remember me? I am so sorry you have hit the brick wall of the federal idiocy. My retirement date is coming up in March and I intend to take whatever days I want off until then. I still haven't complied with the testing...but the nurses out with "covid colds" have made for a very uncomfortable staffing shortage in my facility. So as soon as this current mess is over they will begin the inquisition to decide whose mandates are "legitimate". It would seem incredibly shortsighted of the administration to eliminate nurses (and where I work probably 40% of staff have filed an exemption) but no matter how many times over the last two years I have shouted "I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS" the next day there is something else. My next "sick day" will be on the 19th when DR Ryan Cole, and DR Malone are heading a seminar in Boise. I can't wait for this 'vaccine' against the disease that is really infecting our nation...Fascism. God bless you for your integrity. I will pray for you.

One nice thing is that in the federal government, we have a whole organization of well-trained people dedicated to such things and I expect that it will prove to be very helpful since as a research scientist, I usually think about very different things than all of this!
