I opine that all legal entities hailed from oligarchies where all тАЬrightsтАЭ and property were handed down from monarchs with lawyers evolving as their representatives and ultimately representing them in the courts. Lawyers then turned the law into an inhouse operation with game rules they contrived leading to the point where King Ferdinand forbade them from coming to the New World colonies.
