When if ever will Mike Johnson do his job. With Mike J as house leader it seems the corrupt judicial conspiracy attacks against Trump will never end. “Non profit” group American Oversight filed a lawsuit Tuesday afternoon in DC alleging that the use of Signal violates the federal law that governs the preservation of government records, asking a federal judge to order the cabinet members to preserve the messages.
According to the lawsuit, emergency relief is needed "to prevent the unlawful destruction of federal records and to compel Defendants to fulfill their legal obligations to preserve and recover federal records created through unauthorized use of Signal for sensitive national security decision-making.
“The lawsuit – which names Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the National Archives as defendants – asked a federal judge to declare the use of Signal unlawful and order the cabinet members to preserve the records immediately.”
Normally it would take weeks to assign a judge to a case such as this. It’s supposedly goes into a lottery, but in 24 hours activist Judge Boasburg was “again” assigned this case. This is what conspiracies are made of. I don’t believe Jeffrey Goldberg getting on that thread was a coincidence. If he thought as he said he was listening to a highly classified conversation why did he stay on the call, why did he take screen shots of the messages and leak them? He should have had his phone confiscated, as well as Waltz, and his Waltz’s deputy that set the thread up. Goldberg gave the story and the messages to the democrats 2 days before releasing it. Then released part of it a day before house intelligence meeting and the remainder that morning. This whole story from Goldberg “the liar” to Boasberg being picked as judge and then the lawsuit is all too coordinated. I don’t believe it. It’s all way too deep state for me.
BTW, did you know Boasberg was the judge that ruled almost 15,000 Hillary Clinton emails could be kept hidden until after the 2016 election. It’s the House of Representatives job to impeach a judge that acts politically to sway elections or even public opinion. When will Mike Johnson ever take some action. J.Goodrich
Correct...all corrupt...we know the judicial system is corrupted...and yes...congress can do something about this...and perhaps the Trump admin can also...it will be dicey to do...but MUST be done as these are not normal times. If anyone wants normal, then dream of the past about 70 years ago...but that was probably also an illusion!
My opinion is that our Founders screwed up big time importing the all of the English legal system. Common Law, fine. Solicitors, maybe. Barristers, no and not their evil adjunct, judges. We would be in much better shape had they done that
