Thanks for asking D D. Well, it is difficult, but I've gained a new set of friends through my work over the years so that helps a _lot. Beyond that, mostly I try to focus on the following:
1) I try not make the mistake of confusing the outcome of this all-encompassing conflict with the struggle to win it—it is the struggle itself that holds all of the meaning, and that is where your true personal victory lies. Nothing in your life has ever been about whether you win or lose, it has only ever been about how you conduct yourself the during these trials and tribulations.
It is what you do in the midst of this war when things are not in your favor that will define you: will you stand firm and embrace your integrity in the face of the impossible odds of a losing battle or will you renounce your honor and seek refuge against the raging storm? If God is watching which course of action would be favorable to Him? If you were watching from outside yourself which course would be favorable to you? To run and cower or to unflinchingly face the wickedness and fight it head on?
And
2) This life is a test. Will we stand out among our peers, or will we fall into wrongdoing?
Common has little value (those that fall prey to the flesh and do what most others do). Rare is priceless (those that can withstand the storms and temptations of life, and do what is right because it is right).
Imagine that we are in a flour sifter in God’s kitchen, and we are being shaken around. This shaking represents our trials in life. Almost everyone has a uniform soul profile - smooth and round - they are the ones who fall right through. They are legion. Common.
The ones that are not common - meaning their soul profile is unique - do not fall because they do not fit through the holes in the sifter. They are rare and special. God is literally panning for gold.

Sometime around 2005/06 a friend loaned me a copy of All the Shah's Men: An American Coup and the Roots of Middle East Terror by Stephen Kinzer. I think I read the book in 1 day. Same playbook, different decade.
Yep...enlightening book. I worked as a teacher in Tehran from early 1977 until just before the Shah left in early 1979. The day I arrived in Tehran I learned that a CIA operative had been assassinated in Tehran. We Westerners and Americans working there at the time were quite aware that funny business was going on. We had contact with our embassy, but they feigned ignorance about what was going on.
Presidential candidates in the US have always been vetted by the establishment. Heads they win, tails you lose. All that noise about Bush vs Gore, when both were establishment stooges. With Trump they thought he couldn't win, so they didn't bother. They will not make that mistake again.
Other evidence of the sheer deprivity happening in German is the fact that the German Medical Association has chosen to outlaw its leading competition....they are now trying to outlaw homeopathic medicine.

Just my initial thought after reading this.. I learned details about the Holocaust when I was a teenager, sometime around 1975. I remember being stunned and dumbfounded knowing this happened in my parent's lifetime. How could that have happened in a civilized nation. Now we, in this group at least, after what happened during Covid, have a full understanding of the power of the press and politicians. The terrible power, still dumfounds me, yet now I am adult feeling stuck not knowing what to do, but also feeling the responsibility.
I fear our people are too divided and too incapable of grasping the state of our government to ever realize what Bret Weinstein said is so important: Namely, we must forget all issues that are not existential until we win the existential political battles. That is our only hope, IMO, apart from divine intervention.
But first we need a leader to convince the yet-to-be-red-pilled what the existential issues ARE. I fear that bringing people together as an end in itself is not possible at this point. And I think Trump and Kennedy are making that mistake. I think that FIRST they need to be red-pilled about the EXISTENTIAL risks for peace, healthy sustenance and freedom. Bret is right, IMO. We're running out of time.

Watching these countries, including my beloved America, travel down this road towards Socialism/Communism infuses me with stronger resolve to fight harder and continue talking to as many people as possible about the state of our country. I sometimes feel so despondent but try to shake it off, and reading Dr Malone’s postings and the subsequent comments bring me back to fighting mode!

Thank you, Dr Malone, for having the understanding and the courage to expose another bad smelling and insidious plot against Germany and its honorable, dignified and cowed-down citizens by the very same people who conspired and instigated WW1 + 2. These two horrible conflagrations between Christians on both sides of the battle fronts were not enough to smash the German spirit and its greatness in all fields of science, architecture, philosophy, music, economy and social development for the good of ALL Germans.
Do you that the is no peace treaty between Germany and the All-lies forces?? Do you know that Germany is a vassal "entity" until 2099?? And there are so many more hidden machinations against the freedom of the German people.
The Olympics of 1936 were the greatest and, Hitler was in attendance, when Jesse Owens was feted by the German people as the hero but snubbed by America's president.
My mother is Prussian, my father Swiss, I love my mother and the German spirit of honor that lives in me to the very end.
