Just lovely... (sarc) We've got a narco state war on our southern border, commies to our north, we're in a proxy war with Russia...and while we're distracted with all of this, China is moving its chess pieces across the southern hemisphere. I've also read over the last couple of years that China is backing the cartels in Mexico. So, that's another proxy war. Reminds me of ISIS.

Glenn Greenwalds recent maybe Thursday System Update covers the topic of changing history very well. I stopped donating to Wikipedia when I learned they had lost control or were manipulating info based on political ideology but I suspect it’s more nefarious. Just another example of the rot of once trusted companies. I used to say anonymity is dead after Snowdens revelations and now that they have control of and can save all data and communications forever changing history is child’s play, so Trusting any information source is dead as well. Bummer so many people are still on the boat/rocketship to the gulag. They don’t know and appear to not want to know what’s happening since IMHO their fear already overwhelms them. Ask any stranger you meet about the GBD or Dr Malone or RFK Jr or Russell Brand or Dr McCullough or Dr Campbell or the dozens of real experts and you get a blank stare. Ask them to read more than a paragraph and it’s considered an insult. It seems hopeless trying to help these clueless scared compliant absolute believers in their comfortable past when so much alternative information is available without searching the card catalog or micro phish.

On Argentina and the southern hemisphere, we would be better served strengthening ties with Chile who is more in line with capitalism. Argentina is totally socialist /fascist and has been so since they received the large number of German and Italian fascists after WWII.

Ah Whatsherface. A true talent.

On a more somber note, I know you’re aware of the pandemic treaty on the horizon. However, that requires 2/3 approval for ratification, which is daunting even for colluding oligarchs, so there’s been a concerted effort to create effectively the same structure by adding amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (originally ratified in 2005).

Obviously, they’re trying to do it with as little fanfare as possible, and they’re about to start convening in secret this month, so if you could bring this to people’s attention, that would be huge.

Here’s the outline:

The International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) of the World Health Organization (WHO) is planning to meet in secret from Monday, January 9, 2023 to Friday January 13, 2023. The IHRRC will be working to finalize what is now a 46 page document that includes proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

The proposed amendments would:

1. Change the overall nature of the World Health Organization from an advisory organization that merely makes recommendations to a governing body whose proclamations would be legally-binding. (Article 1)

2. Greatly expand the scope of the International Health Regulations to include scenarios that merely have a “potential to impact public health.”

3. Seek to remove “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.” (Article 3)

4. Give the Director General of the WHO control over the means of production through an “allocation plan for health products” to require developed states parties to supply pandemic response products as directed. (Article 13A)

5. Give the WHO the authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccine and to implement contact tracing, quarantine and TREATMENT. (Article 18)

6. Institute a system of global health certificates in digital or paper format, including test certificates, vaccine certificates, prophylaxis certificates, recovery certificates, passenger locator forms and a traveller’s health declaration. (Articles 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 35, 36 and 44 and Annexes 6, 7 and 8)

7. Redirect unspecified billions of dollars to the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex with no accountability. (Article 44A)

8. Allow the disclosure of personal health data. (Article 45)

9. Greatly expand the World Health Organization’s capacity to censor what they consider to be mis-information and dis-information. (Annex 1, page 36)

10. Create an obligation to build, provide and maintain IHR infrastructure at points of entry. (Annex 10)

The 76th World Health Assembly is scheduled to occur from Sunday May 21, 2023 to Tuesday May 30, 2023. In order for the proposed amendments to be considered during the 76th World Health Assembly, they must be submitted to the World Health Organization at least 4 months in advance.

The IHRRC plans to submit these proposed amendments to the WHO by Sunday, January 15, 2023.

The International Health Regulations are existing, legally-binding international law. If the proposed amendments are presented to the 76th World Health Assembly, they could be adopted by a simple majority of the 194 member nations. According to the already agreed upon rules of the IHR, if the proposed amendments are adopted, the member nations would not need to take any additional actions. The United States Senate would not be required to provide a two-thirds vote to give their “advice and consent.” No signatures by national leaders would be needed.

Wikipedia does a decent job with hard, cold facts: How high is that mountain?, What country borders Portugal?, etc.

Sadly, Wikipedia is unable to restrain itself when it comes to substituting political opinion for facts whenever they feel it’s in their interests to do so.

Now we could sanction the hell out of China but nearly our entire government is on the take and is compromised by China. Biden, Mitch, Nancy, Kevin, Mitt, etc. etc.etc.. So I guess Chinese war ships will patrol the passage between the Atlantic and the Pacific. Oh well at least Americans can drink beer and watch blm football today. Just coincidence then, that China became an official WTO member exactly one month after 9/11. Ever since then the U.S. has instigated wars or internal struggles (Color Revolutions) in numerous foreign nation states. We've been part of the master plan even before Bush41 uttered the words New World Order.

Expand full comment

Our Gov has been facilitating China's 100 year plan since Bush41 was director of the U.S. liaison office to the People’s Republic of China from 1974 to 1975. He later established the Bush China Foundation. China's planned takeover 2049.

In this case we’re paying China to make the rope to hang us. Lincoln warned of America falling from the enemies within. Seems he could see into the future.

Honestly, I wouldn’t underestimate the US and NATO’s ability to wage war across the globe as Bush43 has demonstrated. US military technology and implemented weapons is far beyond any other countries’ on the planet. That said, the Foreign Affairs publication appears to be shifting from championing neoliberal markets and global trade towards more regional ones. The movement is moving from “off shoring” to “friend shoring.” WTO might be coming to an end. Time will tell.

Expand full comment

Perhaps one incentive for "friend shoring" is the escalating need to replace the dollar. In addition to Russia building its gold reserve, there is the growing pack of nations with that goal in mind, probably sooner rather than later (while B is still in office).

Expand full comment

In terms of moving towards regional trade, there are high people, including Janet Yellen, who are in favor. As much as we helped China grow their economy, Xi’s China has been active in espionage for military technologies and even purchasing scientists. Using the industry the West has helped them build, they are now creating swords to challenge us. Moreover this global trade has not been kind to middle-class America. First NAFTA and then WTO has exported industrial jobs to Mexico and then to Asia, which has only widened the Rust Belt. Inflation and the Great Recession has only disaffected those Americans even more. (As much as we dislike Ben Bernanke and his methods, he single-handedly saved the global system.) The result of this is a rising populist movement within the country most visible within the Republican Party. (Tea Party, Freedom Caucus, Trump). Lots of angry people. Maybe this change will be a new opportunity. Maybe Americans with a bit more economic security will take more interest in things other than commerce and materialism. One can only hope.

My source says that Bernanke manufactured over $30 trillion he distributed to associated world banks. A move on steroids that dwarfed our bank bailouts after the housing bust that everyone knew would come.

There are too many great econ books out there that prove none of these actions are ever worth it in the long run.

Expand full comment

The real effect of his actions is that he obtained full control of the USD interest rates at every level. We have lived under the fallacy that currency trade and interest rates are determine by currency traders through the foreign exchange markets. This is furthest from the truth. These currency values are determined through the Central Banks who allow their currencies to trade within certain channels. Given that the Dollar and (up to recently) the petro-dollar have reserve currency status, this facet allowed the inflation to be transmitted to 8 billion people, as opposed to 320 million Americans. But the world keeps turning because there is no other alternative. So as to what we learned in high school economics for the definition of money/currency as a “storehouse of wealth,” this portion no longer applies given the effect of inflation and the falling purchasing power of the Dollar. Hence we are witnessing the frustration that the American public (and other countries) is (are) expressing.

Russia's security concerns and explicitly stated "red lines" have been completely ignored by the US War party and its corporate (de facto, state) media stenographers. US State Dept. “didn't notice” that capitalist Russia has not been Communist for 30+ years.

Of course, the Russia-gate hoax is a huge factor – SAME lying team is in power. A solution -- any discussion on why proxy war against capitalist and democratic Russia must be totally suppressed

We do live in CONTINUUM: FBI and Edgar Hoover’s crimes and surveillance === CIA-FBI and St. Obama, Biden, Clapper, Brennan, Hayden, Mitch McConnell, Pelosi, Schumer === SAME despicable fascist anti-American monstrosities.

And -- a “puzzling and completely irrational” DNC/media/security state propaganda. BUT -- there is a VERY rational reason for that: We are dealing with BIG Lie(s) – Russia-gate immense hoax is directly connected with support for Nazi-dominated US-puppet government of Ukraine.

ANY, even a most rudimentary, public discussion would unravel the lie(s) -- total censorship and prompt defamation of perceived opponents are the ONLY choice for the immensely corrupt Deep State cabal.

A sad thing is that GOP lunatics are equally repulsive and dangerous (a la McConnell, Mark Rubio, Lindsey Graham, Mike Pompeo, Bolton -- happily grunting together while feeding at same donor troughs.

Thank you so much for informing all of us. The other day I put CNN on and I learned Joeys favorite ice cream was chocolate chip. I think if China could buy just four more of Hunters paintings we could make a deal with China to buy Alaska. Maybe if they throw in a couple more staffed mansions for the Biden’s. This would almost complete the overall surrounding of America by China. Eric Swalwell couldn’t be reached for a comment. One big plus, General Millie was boasting that 7 percent of our military are now transexuals and who cares that enlistments are down almost 50 percent, these new transsexuals will do whatever they want them to do. Our secretary of defense Lloyd Austin has stated he alone has stomped out racism nearly 100 percent and the few people left are getting trained in critical racist theory. Things are really looking up. Always remember if you don’t believe in the ministry of truth you’ll end up at the ministry of love. Good luck with that.
