Absolutely, but the DOJ, the FBI, CIA, NSA and probably Homeland Security are all compromised, as well as Congress. Gut the Congress, let the Governors run the country (that's from the Constitution) while we elect real people to Congress. These Lifers are all compromised. No attorneys - they already have STAFFS of Attorneys. Just elect real people, like small business owners, Tradesmen (Carpenters, Painters, Laborers, Oil Riggers, Grocery Store Clerks - people who have a stake in America).
Also, REVOKE the 17th Amendment that STRIPPED the states of their Constitutional right in ARTICLE. I., Section 3 to APPOINT (2) federal Senators - and ability to RECALL Senators a ANY time for cause - foisted upon sovereign American citizens - along with the PERSONAL INCOME TAX, the IRS (and) the so called "Federal Reserve" - which is NOT "Federal", but a MONOPOLY of PRIATE bankers granted a MONOPOLY to PRINT PAPER "money" by the Democrat "president" - Woodrow Wilson - in 1913.
