Might only be 2¢, but as I read it, the compound interest calculated by the minute was piling up to beat the band (Yeah I know it's a mixed metaphor but I got a poetic CDL.) I've been making my living in my shop for the past 55 years and have spent enough time alone in the cosmos of my head to recognize the thought and life experience that went into your disquisition.

I'm an emotional freight train, rolling, chugging along, noxious diesel farts poofing / expelling the exhaust portal, cresting the ominous hill. Shortly thereafter, coasting along the long arduous descent, fine grit sand spewing beneath the wheels, ceramic chock pads against the rotors, slowly gathering kinetic motion downwards. Surface contact conducting heat, then internally captured within the Iron, carbon, manganese, silicone, phosphorus, sulfur, perhaps a sprinkle of nickel, which builds up along the perimeter. The centrifugal forces driving inwards, molecules rapid-ifying towards the epicenter bearing cones, rollers, conducting through the synthetic grease , finally reaching the spindles.
Ticking time bomb...just like Vladamir Z and Orange man's joust.

I get carried away, at times. 8-)

18 wheels, no brakes, downhill, on a collision course with destiny.
