I haven’t been around the block in the science and medicine world except for my 27 year struggle with autoimmune issues. I respect those who place the physical and mental wellbeing of the individual (and the public at large) at the top… not to get rich and not for political purposes. I understand that we have been propagandized, intentionally, for a very long time. It has been an opiate to keep us compliant rather than respected. If you love your fellow countrymen you tell them the truth and you work through the issues together… if you want to rule them and grow powerful and wealthy in the process, you lie to them. The problem now is we no longer know whom to trust… that in itself is a *win* for some who really don't care about others. There are leashes being used, who is attached to which end is the open question.
This particular publication was peer-reviewed. That means others in the field approved it for publication. I have read though a few other Hulscher publications, (the new kid) and they seem fine. As a Patent Attorney in the sciences, I have read many, many scientific publications. I know how to do that and I know what to check for. This paper is professionally
done. Hulscher has likely published many before in his career before he received his MPH (Masters in Public Health.) Why is Dr. Malone writing what he's writing? I'm not sure, so I should probably not guess or surmise.

Peer review today often means selected editors sending manuscripts to selected reviewers. I doubt many who cited that paper ever heard of it until it was broached by the authors in more mainstream venues.
