Tim Burchett Tennessee congressman blew the whistle last week in an interview. He said this is probably going to cost me my job and I’ll probably be primary’d. You know why every politician is freaking out about doge, democrats and republicans? You want to know why everyone is freaking out about the discoveries about USAID and foreign aid and where all our money is going? Almost every politician either through family members or NGO’s are all profiting from all of the trillions being spent and sloshing around. Almost all of them are on the take. That’s why the opposition is so rabid and ferocious.

When it comes to Ukraine a lot of American politicians have been getting a nice slice of that pie, and they like the eating and they don’t want to stop. Senator Mark Kelly flew over to Ukraine and while Trump is trying to pressure a peace deal Kelly went to discuss further funding of the war and to lobby Zelenskyy not to sign a peace deal. Musk went on X and called Kelly a traitor. In my mind Trump won the election with the promise to stop the killing. When you look at this war with over a million dead, cities laying in rubble, families destroyed by death having to flee their homes. This senseless death, Russian and Ukrainian bodies everywhere, old women standing next to their demolished homes, children crying in the streets and Senator Mark Kelly goes to the Ukraine for a propaganda tour. Keep the war going keep the killing going keep the bloodshed going so he and his colleagues can continue to get their skim. These people are monsters, they’re sociopathic monsters. We are hours away from a peace deal and Kelly goes there to keep this hell going. He should be prosecuted for the Logan act. Really this BS has to stop. Pam Bondi and Kash Patel have to start making these people pay!!!

He also believes the Epstein files have been disappeared, if I'm not mistaken. If so, one of those disappointments I counseled myself to expect.

This is why I don’t idolize anyoneJames. I am forever pessimistic with any politician and only will look positively at them when the actual results come true, other than that I consider all of them corrupt!!!

The courts don’t have duplicates from all his and Ghislaine prosecutions?

Sounds plausible to me.

In the mean time, Trump needs to charge Pam Biondi to select one of the seven thousand identified

NGO. Perhaps the one with the highest dollar amount to start. Investigate the NGO and identify all of Board members.

Patel can then research the money paid to each Board member. The congress record will show who sponsor and voted on the NGO.

Patel can charge each offending member with theft of Government Money. Next like Mendez they will be impeached and voted out of their post. The next part before a taking of all possesions, and stock, a ten year sentence in Super Max outside of Las Vegas.

Yes, we might catch a few Republicans as well, But Panic will reign and among all board member. Want to do it again? We have seven thousand NGO to pick from. I suate.spect that we will have a compliant House and senate.

I suspect you're right- Republicans are in on it too. They should be exposed and their voters can decide what to do with them.

Except for fixed price contracts with a defined scope of work, every corporation I ever worked for allows the buyer (the party paying out the $) to audit the seller.

I don't know anything about government contracting. Surely there are standard provisions allowing the government to audit to ensure part of the payment isn't being skimmed off and pocketed by thieves.

But maybe I'm giving the government too much credit.

Expand full comment

My understanding is that very little money is alloted in gov't to audit expenses and prosecute for fraud. Remember all the Strok & Page crimes, Crossfire Hurricane, etc. No politician wants to find fraud, because they live on it.

Oh, the tangled web they have woven!! Most of us, I'm sure, aren't wanting to wait while it gets untangled. We want a ROCK thrown thru and many spiders taken out with it! I sure don't want babies tossed with the dirty water, tho.

I just keep trying to remember the day our then nominee was almost eliminated. There, in my mind, is a good, strong reason that did not happen. Please, put on your prayer cap, your positive wave beanie, your Can Do hat. Remind those in "the swamp" we will Not put up with grifting anymore!! Maybe there will be a "Clean Up Your Congressional Act Act" created. Should We the People demand it? Those DOGE computers don't care who/what you are, they will run a program as commanded.

Thanks for the update. It looks like the house is going to pass the Bill today, then adjourn and go home leaving a take it or reject it issue for the Senate. On Bannon's War Room this morning they were discussing that a spending bill can be passed, but like the limit on your credit card you do not have to spend to that limit. Sounds good, but do congress critters have ability to resist spending to the limits and beyond? At 74 years old, I have watched theme kick the debt can down the road all my life. Obama ran in '08 on "8 Trillion dollar National debt is not patriotic" then added at least 12 trillion more in his 2 terms.

And, NOT ONE properly appropriated annual budget since then! Because no one will want the scrutiny of how we ran our debt from $8T to $36T in 16 years.

Of course, it's only a Constitutional requirement, you know.

Weird. When a tyrannical Biden regime stomps all over the Constitution and unconstitutional bureaucracies tread all over authorities granted to Congress, GOP legislators seem to shrug their shoulders and act like huffing, puffing, impotent bystanders. Judges either punt on cases or nod approvingly. When a new administration actually determined to do some good enters office, Congress and the Judiciary suddenly become steroidal in their capacities to thwart the effort.

My take... this has really blindsided those fat, happy oinkers up there in DC. It's like a 90 mile per hr. fast ball upside the noggin. And I agree, with James G. Doesn't matter which side of the trough they are on, if their largess (which they bestow upon each other or themselves or on the friends/family plan), is threatened - look out!!

It's way past time We People rout them out, but 1st we must make sure we mean business (not as usual 😡). That means taking time to write letters, emails, make calls, talk to neighbors, or better yet have a block party or gathering. Express your concerns but don't make it an either/or. You could be surprised. I was in my bank the other day and got to talking with the young teller. We shared several of the same concerns. I truly believe if they get the idea we are slacking, that will allow a signal of doing less, having less concern, ie., staying on the gravy train.

A new contract must be enacted solely for paying down debt, so all the DOGE savings can be channeled into it.

Beautiful. Thanks for the education. It's time for MAGA to play hardball. It's what we elected them to do, and to forget about all pretenses of "reaching across the aisle."

I’ll refer you to Dustin Hoffman’s scene in Hero where he schools his son on selecting the layer of bullshit he’s comfortable in since there’s not an option for truth. While I believe that absolute truth is real it is, for many reasons of fallibility and even corruption, absent in politics making compromise a ubiquitous necessity. Therefore, if this the layer you’re comfortable with by all means proceed.

I'll be shocked if Congress ever does anything meaningful to cut spending. Especially while pressure is being applied inversely toward stated goals.

A simplified summary:

Trump/DOGE - we are going to cut government spending

Congress - We aren't cutting anything

Massie - I'm with Trump/DOGE, cut spending

Trump - kick Massie out of the party

Massie TALKS a good game, like Rand. But any actual, non-preening action? Nope. Just constant virtue-signaling.

An alternative to doing rescission would be for Congress to include in the CR a provision suspending the Impoundment Control Act of 1974 for the remainder of the current fiscal year.

Rescission requires a vote from Congress each time. Congress voting for anything turns into a huge ordeal.

Temporarily suspending the Impoundment Act would free Trump to halt spending on prima facia silly stuff.

The one thing that should NOT happen is to extend the current spending levels until September. But it looks like that's what Mike Johnson and the House Republicans are going to do.

I am still agog that neither Musk or Trump had any idea that govt. spending was mandated, and that it could not be arbitrarily cancelled. Are there penalties for cancelling official spending?

As a recently laid off software engineer with 15+ years of hard earned experience, who was blissfully working on bleeding edge tech, on the verge of completing a glorious product, everyone from both parties, DOGE, Elon, etc. need wrap this sh*t up, quick, fast, and in a hurry. As a person of color, it's been a seemingly futile effort to find a new gig in the midst of the rollback of the idiotic "DEI all the things" policy. This has been further exacerbated by the deluge of gov employees hitting the job market after being laid off. Now, the agony is being prolonged by this DOGE and pony show on the Hill, which I probably can't even get tickets to!

Sh*t, or get off the pot...

I'm so sorry you are in the middle of all the mess, Luffy. My oldest son went thru similar not long ago. He's not a man of color, still, hard for anyone and was beginning to lose faith. Took 6 mo. and he's now with a company out of Canada. So That's going to be interesting. He really likes his new company/job/position, so don't despair. I will be praying for both of you. You to find 1 and him to keep 1. This government is a big ship with a large turn radius. Gonna take time!!

A suggestion, if you are up for it. Go to your local library and see if anyone can help you on an update to your resume. Anymore, almost all are done online and computers sift thru them 1st looking for key words. If you don't use those key words, your resume can get kicked out almost immediately. I hope that helps. Know there are people out here thinking of your circumstances and wanting the best for you. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion on getting a resume review at the library. That actually makes a ton of sense!

Can you get some venture capitalists to fund the completion of your product? Or would it be considered the IP of your former employer?

This DOGE stuff IS going as quickly as possible, given all the lawfare and corrupt obstruction by the Permanent Bureaucracy. AI moves to analyze very quickly, and the bad guys don't seem to have any competing tech to circumvent DOGE. So they have to take it out. It's not going to move on your timetable.

This IS for the entire country, you know, not just you. And we are in the teeth of a life-or-death budget battle.
