The UN Secretary-General firmly rebuked what he described as the “false” claim by top Israeli diplomats that he had sought to justify the terror attacks of 7 October by Hamas in a speech he delivered to the Security Council.

Margaret, You evaded the question.

Excerpt: "Addressing Tuesday’s debate in the Council on the worsening crisis in Israel and Palestine, the UN chief said that although nothing could justify the “appalling” attacks by Hamas of 7 October which triggered the siege and bombardment of Gaza, it was important to recognize they “did not happen in a vacuum” and did not justify the collective punishment of Palestinians."

I never would have guessed from your answer the UNSecGen found the Hamas attacks on Israel "appalling. But then says, they “did not happen in a vacuum” and did not justify the collective punishment of Palestinians."

Your response is about his being butt-hurt b/c the Israelis accused him of justifying the terror attacks. I would not have said he justified the attacks, but he certainly did make excuses for them. Wouldn't you agree? The UN Secretary General made excuses for the attacks?

Getting back to the question I asked, there's no denying Hamas carried out a barbaric exceptionally inhumane attack on civilians. Why didn't the UN condemn Hamas?

The UN has condemned Hamas, but their point is that genocide of Palestinians is not justified. Two wrongs don't make a right. He said it was wrong, they attacked due to decades of oppression, which is the context. Oppressed people respond via violence often. Not the right move in my opinion, to respond to goading in such a manner, yet that dynamic has played out through history. We have differing views on the situation.

To be clear, you replied, "The UN has condemned Hamas..."

I don't think the UN has condemned Hamas. A number of individuals, including UN diplomats, have condemned Hamas. But UN condemnation is a formal process, and my searches show no results of UN condemning Hamas..

Can you please provide a link?

UN spokesperson Staphane Dujarric........

This is saying a few individual UN diplomats have condemned Hamas.

My first post to you included this.

After failing to condemn Hamas terror group, UN adopts eight resolutions condemning Jewish state

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/after-failing-to-condemn-hamas-terror-group-un-adopts-eight-resolutions-condemning-jewish-state/ar-AA1jJau2

The key word there is RESOLUTIONS.

NYT documented instances of Hamas shooting women in the vagina, raping a women from behind and stabbing her in the back with a knife each time she flinched, cutting a woman's breast off with a box cutter and tossing it around like they were playing catch with a ball, chopping off women's heads, and a lot more. http://tinyurl.com/yc5mxwhd

These atrocities don't warrant a resolution of condemnation?

You tap-dance around the question, pretending to respond, but are evading.

I'm asking for the third time. Why won't the UN pass a resolution condemning Hamas for it's atrocities?

It's important, of course, for a statement to be made as soon as possible after the event, don't you agree, Evil Incarnate?

Your link is to an article where the UN Secretary General condemns Hamas. I've already noted it and commented on it to Margaret. The UN has passed RESOLUTIONS condemning Israel. Why aren't there UN RESOLUTIONS condemning Hamas, as they did with Israel?

Resolutions, Moonspinner, resolutions. Why hasn't the UN passed resolutions condemning Hamas?

Resolutions, Evil Incarnate, resolutions -- aren't they based upon votes from members? Perhaps those members believe Bibi pulled a LIHOP.

I don't know what a LIHOP is.

Let's get refocused on Hamas's atrocities. They were unbelievably barbaric and done deliberately to debase and torture. You can read about them in the New York Times: http://tinyurl.com/yc5mxwhd

An excerpt: "Israeli activists have been outraged that the United Nations Secretary General, António Guterres, and the agency U.N. Women did not acknowledge the many accusations until weeks after the attacks."

Guterres eventually did acknowledge these brutalities. It's not as if he doubts them, or is uninformed about them. So why hasn't the UN passed a resolution condemning Hamas?

Here's more C&P from my previous posts describing a few of the atrocities. Enjoy, Moonspinner.

The Times interviewed several soldiers and volunteer medics who together described finding more than 30 bodies of women and girls in and around the rave site and in two kibbutzim in a similar state as Ms. Abdush’s — legs spread, clothes torn off, signs of abuse in their genital areas.

The Times viewed photographs of one woman’s corpse that emergency responders discovered in the rubble of a besieged kibbutz with dozens of nails driven into her thighs and groin.

The Times also viewed a video, provided by the Israeli military, showing two dead Israeli soldiers at a base near Gaza who appeared to have been shot directly in their vaginas.

The first victim she said she saw was a young woman with copper-color hair, blood running down her back, pants pushed down to her knees. One man pulled her by the hair and made her bend over. Another penetrated her, Sapir said, and every time she flinched, he plunged a knife into her back.

She said she then watched another woman “shredded into pieces.” While one terrorist raped her, she said, another pulled out a box cutter and sliced off her breast.

“One continues to rape her, and the other throws her breast to someone else, and they play with it, throw it, and it falls on the road,” Sapir said.

She said the men sliced her face and then the woman fell out of view. Around the same time, she said, she saw three other women raped and terrorists carrying the severed heads of three more women.

You don't know what LIHOP means? And you don't know how to use any search engine? Don't be lazy. Anyone who studies false flags and other deceptive actions or propaganda knows what "Let It Happen On Purpose" means. It's a means to an end for Bibi.

And you just KNOW that what you have reported above is not part of "the fog of war"? How do you know that? I can come up with just as many atrocities that Israeli soldiers or Zionists have committed against the Palestinians for decades as they rot in their open-air prison at the mercy of the Zionists.

Why do you think that the orthodox Jews despise the Zionists and protest against the genocide of their Palestinian neighbors? Eh? Going to answer that question with your opinion, or not?

Fog of war is friendly fire- shooting your own people by accident. Raping, and stabbing a women while she's being raped, and cutting a woman's breast off, and cutting their heads off, and shooting them in the vaginas- to you that's fog of war?

You study false flags and deception. And you think those acts are fog of war?
