"BREAKING: Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) says Dr. Fauci has officially been referred to DOJ this week for prosecution for repeatedly lying under oath during Congressional testimony."

Waiting to see official confirmation of this, but I don't have reason to doubt it.

One wonders the motivation behind burning of Rand Paul offices in Kentucky. Me thinks someone was endeavoring to send the Good Senator Paul a message.

Expand full comment

Funny, they say Republicans are the party of violence.

Expand full comment

It’s not funny. It’s a standard Democratic (Leftist/Marxist) gaslighting technique to accuse Republicans of what they are doing or planning to do. I first noticed the tactic with President Clinton, but its on steroids now.

Expand full comment

Actually it was the Republicans going after Clinton from day one. Whitewater on and on. I once said the Dems feel entitled to have a President with age related issues because the Republicans covered up for Reagan in his second term. Trump was payback for Clinton.

Expand full comment

I think you are conflating Reagan’s rapid decline after out of office. He was slipping a little toward the end of his last term, but he is likely the most successful president in history. Russia had taken over at least six countries during the one-term Carter administration. Carter’s economy was even worse than Biden’s. Carter was a good man with no clue about the economy and international affairs. Those were dangerous times. Reagan set the stage for the end of the evil empire.

Clinton benefited from Reagan’s dramatic achievements in world peace and more rational economic policies. Clinton certainly had his problems, but he later cooperated with the Republicans in avoiding the total dismantling of Reagan’s new era of peace and prosperity for America and the World.

Obama threatened to rip up the foundation of America. That’s what “fundamental change” means. His race baiting dramatically set back race relations, which had dramatically improved after 9/11 helped us to realize we are all Americans. Polls showed race relations were about the best they had ever been and continued to rise until Obama. He undermined America progress, which was his apparent goal, and began the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ for a Chicago style machine. We were on the road to a totalitarian future. Biden’s goal i to restart us on that road.

As Reagan told Carter when he was reciting Democratic talking points in a debate: “You are entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts.”

Expand full comment

I have never put anyone on a pedestal. Much of what happened with the Soviet Union would have happened without Reagan. Illegal war in Nicaragua and bringing in cocaine to fund that war. Refusing to test the blood supply for aids. Cost many lives, including children. Obviously he had an affair while married to Jane Wyman, of course no one cared about extra marital relations until Trump took office.

Fauci, Prosecuted for "lying under oath" to Congress? - By the Biden "justice" department, run by Merrick Garland? FAT CHANCE.

Expand full comment

Agreed, he'll never see the inside of a cell. But it sure would be nice if he did lose his Federal pension plus heavily fined.

He made so much money from the covid "plan-demic" he helped coordinate that his undeserved pension would be a drop in the bucket. That little weasel could care less.

He should be heavily fined as well. But I get it.

But as many others have said, nothing will come of it, no real investigation, let alone prosecution, jail time or forfeiture. They uniparty/deep state/Pharma won't let that happen.

Eric Holder was referred to the DOJ under Obama for contempt of Congress after he lied under oath. When caught, he thought sending a correction letter was sufficient to defy further congressional testimony. Remember he called himself Obama’s wing man in the DOJ.

07/22/23: Slightly ahead of schedule; Fauci's crash dates are 07/24/23; 07/26/23; and most importantly of all, 07/31/23. All of this was known here months ago, and the beauty of this medical Al Capone is that if the events on or about these dates don't put the fear of God in him, there are two more sets coming up in 2023 and 2024, from which he will not emerge unscathed. I want, as do millions more people, this deceitful fraud to be handed a life sentence and to be served out in Bernie Madoff's old cell.

Expand full comment

Rand Paul is an enemy of the "State", so no surprise their media doesn't report the fire. And Fauci being referred to the DOJ? There will be no prosecution because there's no one left to prosecute him. No prosecutions for any criminal activity will be made by the DOJ. It's part of the "swamp" now.

Amazing another attack on Rand Paul and another unsolvable mystery. I wanted to mention another Biden constitutional violation. Julie Su was the deputy department of labor secretary. Former secretary Marty Walsh has resigned, so Julie needs senate confirmation to become secretary of labor but she is a radical anti prosperity lunatic. Joe Mansion said he will never vote for her so her confirmation is dead in the water. Well Joe Biden said she’s going to run the labor department without senate confirmation, again trampling our constitution over and over again and again. What will it take for Kevin McCarthy to get his finely quaffed head out of his ass and impeach this anti constitutional crook?J.Goodrich

Mark my words LDT, this administrations complete decent to lawlessness is going to turn into the murder of ranking Republicans or conservative justices. I wonder if that will be enough for the house to start impeaching Garland, Wray, Biden and Mayorkas?

Or quite possibly murder of a conservative president. I agree that Biden needs to be impeached but it will never happen. He may be impeached in the House but the Senate will never vote to impeach. All the Democrats will vote No and a few limp/weak Republicans will go along with the Dems. It's the sad reality of our current representation ... or rather our non-representation.

Expand full comment

Didn't stop the D's for going after Trump. The effort simply is useful in exposing Biden's frequent ignoring law in executive orders. Biden even noted the illegality by pointing out how long it takes for the courts to stop his actions. Whether the House can use its time for a Biden impeachment is the issue. They do have a heavy investigation agenda.

Great news about RFK's fundraising success! I was hoping that would happen. After watching the DISGUSTING defamatory attack and bullying of Kennedy on the House floor I decided to make a second contribution, admittedly, a very small one since I am not a wealthy person.

Expand full comment

I get it, I'm Jewish, the Roma people also suffered a holocaust. Fewer in number, but their population was smaller. Elie Wiesel always made a point of speaking up against genocide wherever it happens. I have done some reading about the holocaust and I am well aware of the horrors. Himmler didn't like getting sprayed with body parts when he machine-gunned someone, so they came up with Zyklon B. Locking people in tiny concrete cells until they died of thirst and starvation. Gassing them. Killing them in mobile killing units, the einsatzgruppen. The Laws were methodically tightened to create a net from which there was no escape. Yes, I know a good deal about it.

Expand full comment

I have lived with holocaust survivors since age 13. Skokie, IL. My Mother told me holocaust stories from birth on up. I cried my way through Holocaust Studies. Walked out of a symposium when a Catholic Priest said it was partially our fault. Yes, the Romanian gypsies were also rounded up, along with anybody who did not fit into Hitlers idea of a perfect Arian race. He killed 6 million poles, 3 million were catholic. They routinely shot males 12 and up when invading small towns. Ellie Wiesel wrote excellent books. Everyone should read them. I'm 77,.born in England 1946. Our newspapers told everything. None of my friends fathers who liberated the camps ever set foot in a church again. To study the history of Jews in the diaspora explains the need for a Jewish State.

On another topic,.can you figure out George Soros and what he wants to attain by donating money to "woke" politicians. I know his history. Question how his family avoided being detained in Hungary. However,.none of it gives a clue to his goal for the USA.

That is not surprising but rather a must now that he is gaining some ground. Once in the game, strategies on all levels are paramount. Who is your current base? How to net-add to that base. Surely Robert’s advisors have noted that Trump is a hot potato that will burn a large hole through his base if aligning with any Trump policies – death wish. But what if you don’t understand the makeup of your base… Trump did not use any of the worn and torn advisors used by candidates in the past. He relied on a female pollster, Kellyanne Conway who said his list of issues and solutions would resonate with a plurality of the voters. He kept all of his original ammo through it all.
