Who are these ‘crypto fascists’, exactly? I’ve heard the oft-refrained... "All wars are bankers wars.” But then we're told USAID is a cover for the CIA.

USAID is a well known CIA cut out, been known and widely reported since the 1970's. As for the CIA it was literally created by the bankers, finance and intelligence having a lot of crossover. See Allen Dulles.
Orders come from many places. Some speak of the CFR in New York City- Council on Foreign Relations. The big bankers usually keep away from publicity. The flooding of Europe and the USA with people that have nothing in common with European Culture is cited as part of a long term plan to destroy nationhood.
Carroll Quigley in his book Tragedy and Hope wrote of the shakers ad movers. William Guy Carr in his 1959 book Pawns In The Game does a terrific job in showing just who funded and schemed to start the bloody, gruesome French Revolution in 1789. He then moves on through the 1800s and 1900s. Carr's book is still very useful because he shows how these sociopaths operate - who they employ.
The principles of changing nations and destroying societies has not changed.

Yes, a rude awakening regarding Dulles.
