Jill and I have been working like mad to finish the book that we have been working on for what seems like forever. So far, our reviewers think this is going to be a great one. The final product is inching closer and closer to being done, and Jill is hopeful that it will be published before the end of summer.

So, today, I am going to introduce chapter one. For our loyal readers, you will recognize some of this writing from a couple of earlier substacks, although the subjects have been greatly expanded and referenced, updated, and new material added. Please note that this is still a working draft, so changes are still in progress.
