And according to the law on this, he's got to be doing something in the name of the Smith Act (to be aligned with the destruction of govt), and which is illegal, so this is how it works. When the DHS says that he was involved in activities "aligned with Hamas", then they say they have a case. But I still have to say, we don't have a law-related record for his activities prior to this, and he's been there for awhile. He recently got his PhD there at Columbia.
Wrong again Even permanent green cards come with conditions including registering with selective service and following all law. Green cards obtained though marriage are only conditional and carry additional obligations. People are playing very loose with the facts.
