What was the election-head-lady told to do in the event a voter wanted their vote hand-counted? Then, you had a moment after your name was already on the list…I’m a curious cat!

I should have said no I not giving you my name from the start. The poll lady showed me a letter from the Secretary of State saying to get a list of people asking for hand counted ballots. She mentioned they may reach out to me and explain that there’s no need to hand count the ballots. I stopped her and said I don’t want to be reached out to. I don’t care who wants my name on the list I just don’t want to my name associated with my ballot on a list period. I want my privacy and my ballot to be secret as that’s how it is supposed to be ….. hope that explains it. She wasn’t exactly sure why they wanted a list she was somewhat guessing.
