I despised DJT and most of his policies but I always respected his rights to free speech. The meta-issue here seems to be fears by the "powers that be" (whoever they are) about the eruption of true democracy empowered by the erosion of "the narrative" and its control by mainstream media. The single or a few rivers of information that used to be controlled by MSM have become dozens and hundreds and even thousands of smaller rivers, streams and creeks and are becoming almost uncontrollable. That's scaring the shit out of the big money and powers that often control things behind the scenes.
