Delisting does not eliminate your shareholders or your liability to them.
Its part of going private...but of course that assumes all classes of shares will be delisted.
How does that eliminate liability to existing shareholders who were damaged by management actions, even if those shares are bought out? Unless a shareholder signs a release.
