I'm reminded of the "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss . . ." line. The welfare/warfare state hasn't vanished with these executive orders. If entitlements and the Pentagon are both effectively untouchable and if the fiat dollar/fractional reserve monetary system isn't going to be reformed, then what is really going to change? Where are the spending cuts supposed to come from? Are we supposed to believe that a massive corporatist "public-private partnership" in the AI sector (announced by the CIA director no less) is somehow a better malinvestment than Biden's "green energy" nonsense?
To be sure, detaching America from the WEF/Deep State oligarchs and their insufferable wokeism/greenism/vaxism is a win. Releasing the papers on the JFK, etc. assassinations is a win too. However, erecting trade and migration barriers and embarking on jingoistic colonial conquests for natural resources is not going to reverse the decline of our dying capital-intensive industries, nor save the sinking fiat dollar, nor spark a much needed renaissance in our national culture.
