Over the years there were times when I looked to hire people to work with me. Like all companies I try to get good people that would represent my company in the best positive light. A person that’s trustworthy, friendly and kind. Someone that looks like they take care of themselves seem more likely to care for my business. Someone who could be an example to others.
Wouldn’t it make sense, if it’s important how an employee represents my company it’s much more important how I present myself especially in my life. You never really know who’s watching you. People watch how we live. Our kids, our co workers even people at the store where we shop. Our actions, how we treat people, helping others even our body language should make people feel comfortable, it should attract people to us.. If we are kind, good to people, take time for people, that’s a message we are sending out. We are called to be the light of the world. We should always pay attention to that. Our life in a way is a ministry. Every day when we interact with others we are sending a message. Some people we see are the only interaction they may have all day, we should always want to leave a positive impression of ourselves.
When somebody does something nice for us, don’t just look down and mumble ok thanks. Slow down, show them that you care, look them in the eye with a smile on your face, in a pleasant tone, say thank you I appreciate that. We can’t get so busy, so preoccupied, that we don’t take time for people. God brings all types of people across our path. We never know if they need something positive added into their life. They may be going through all kinds of difficulty you know nothing about. Yet one kind word, one heartfelt thank you one look of care and concern can help them through their day. It’s the little things we do. People don’t see God, they see us. We are vessels and should try to give out some good to somebody, give out hope give out encouragement. We may have difficulties in our own life and one of the best things we can do is take our mind off ourselves. The best thing we can do is go out and be a blessing to someone else. If you will make someone else’s day you are sure to see it come back to you. If we go out each day being a good example you’ll not only make a positive impact in other people’s lives, God will use that to impact our own life, He will cause you to climb higher. Take time out of your busy life to help someone when you can.
Robert and Jill Malone are a great case in setting a good example, this I believe is why we are all here.

There’s a little boy that comes in to where I work during school breaks—he’s eight years old now. He looks forward to my greetings because I genuinely enjoy seeing him. He sadly told me last week that his parents said he was crazy. Knowing how kids think and act at home, I wanted to encourage him without dishonoring his parents. I told him that since I knew him when he was six, I never thought he was crazy but normal like other kids. That simple greeting and statement made his day.

EDIT: After checking I see there IS no such thing as the BOY Scouts! The entity has been changed to "SCOUTING"; all coed now. What has the world come to?
Thank You Big E for posting this pledge. I had an opportunity today to help a couple build a closet in a house they had raised their 2 children in. The husband just had spine surgery through his neck, and the wife is an OR nurse, friends with my wife since childhood. She recently had shoulder surgery. They have had some hard times being out of work and are now looking at selling their house. I worked until 7 o’clock and feel great. I thanked them when I was leaving, I told them letting me help them helps me, and I truly mean that.
I have arthritis in my hands and have had several surgeries over the last 5 years. All by the same Dr. In January I had an arthroplasty for my left thumb removing a bone and replacing it with tendon. Last march he replaced a knuckle in my right index finger. Carpel tunnel was keeping me awake at night and he did both of those about 3 years ago.
This man is an amazing surgeon and I made a point at my last followup to compliment him and tell him how thankful I am for his and my paths crossing in life for his work on me has been life changing. You have to make the effort sometimes to let people know they are doing well and don't take them for granted. I enjoy the writings of the Malone's and subscribers like you James and others here. It is such an uplifting part of my day compared to what MSM has to offer.
I’m glad the good doctor has helped you, and glad William you acknowledged it. Sometimes we miss opportunities to say thank you, sometimes we miss opportunities to help someone, I’m trying to get better at it. Thanks William!!
03/24/25: Thank you, William. It is gratifying to read that you found someone who restored your physical health (and no doubt, sanity). Best of luck, sir!
Amen! Thank you James for a heart-felt message, your words are beautiful. My Dad always taught me & my siblings to treat others with respect- treat others’ as you would like others’ to treat you. His message was, if someone doesn’t look you in the eye as you talk to one another, they may have something to hide; that was my Dad. I always look people directly in their eyes when talking, & was taught to say thank you, & you’re welcome. “Please & Thank you go a long way”, he would say. It is important as you mention, always be appreciative of others, & I offer my “thank you” to anyone that holds a door open as I enter or leave a building; I notice those that do come & go when I run errands, holding their head down as maybe they don’t want to interact, or do not want to offer a friendly “Hi”…! But, a majority of people I encounter have been friendly in my community, & it is wonderful to see a happy, smiling face, & hear “thank you”, when a door is held open for one another. Have a Blessed Sunday!
Thank you DD. When I began my subscription here I could be rigid and sharp, I still can be, but you made me think deeper and opened my mind to be a little more accepting, sometimes about things that maybe people can’t change. So you inspired me as well, thank you for that!!
You just made a very impactful statement. "People don’t see God, they see us. We are vessels and should try to give out some good to somebody, give out hope give out encouragement." I've always understood how impactful it is to be on the receiving end of a stranger's smile. It just never occurred to me that it may be God, who's behind it. My grown daughter has Down Syndrome and I've always marveled at her ability to be so outwardly happy to introduce herself and strike up cheerful chit-chat with strangers when we are in public. It all most always generates good vibes to all in earshot. I've always felt sad that it does not come naturally to me. I think it's because if I try that same behavior, people are sometimes suspect of an ulterior motivation and become even more protective of their privacy. Maybe the difference is that when she does it, they know it's given in absolute innocence? Anyway, Thank you.
Observant One, how fitting a name! I don’t know you, you sound like a wonderful father, and I believe it is God in your child being outgoing to strangers. It’s an amazing thing how we learn. Your post made connections with me. I am like you a bit introverted with strangers. My wife is opposite me and I’ve always been, I guess, envious of her outgoing affect towards strangers. Maybe it’s a signal to both of us, maybe we can both work on this. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me!!
I am just re-reading your missal and am so impressed with the depth of insight you expressed. This is truly inspired counseling, you are blessed to be the vessel, James.
Thanks DD, vessel is a term I recently read where God uses people to deliver his message. You know I don’t think I would be at this different place in my life without being here. It’s strengthened this feeling I’ve had for a long time, really years, to help people where I can. I’m not sure if getting older makes me want to learn to be more giving. For a while now I have felt I have to give the people around me more. I worked all day yesterday at a friends house where both husband and wife had operations, have been struggling, and find themselves having to sell their home. I feel as though it was an opportunity for me to help them which helps me. My wife thinks I’m going crazy working on my Sunday but I told her even as busy as I am I want to help our friends, the wife is my wife’s best friend from high school. I’ve written how I don’t want to waste my days, especially now when I am still able to do this work. My body isn’t going to be able to do this forever, I feel it. My days are numbered. I have a bad hernia now and I’m hoping I can make it through this current job so I can get it fixed and afford to take the time off. I have no choice but to finish this job. The homeowner is a magnificent surgeon who has 2 sons and herself has problems. Her husband left her and this house I’m working on is much closer to where she works. Sorry again for bending your ear at 215-315 in the morning. I hope your doing OK DD!!
It's Sunday morning and I am attempting to deal with chronic nerve, disc and spine issues all of which are worsening because of the incompetence of so called healthcare professionals which leads to the misuse of the word 'Professional'. I am a 'Senior' living out my 'Golden' years. So how is this relevant to the ongoing sheer stupidity of the alleged highly educated goofs who somehow got elected and claim to represent their constituents and the Constitution that is and remains intended to serve as a P&P manual for running a country. I am a firm supporter of President Donald Trump and this administration because the policies of the Trump administration are in line with what our Founders put forth. President Trump appointed Elon Musk who I consider the Nickola Tesla of this era to weed out the massive fraud that our 'Elected' Government goons have been allowed to get away with for far longer than what most realize or even care.
To demonstrate appreciation the Liberal nitwits are setting fire to Tesla vehicles and threatening those who drive a Tesla and also those who like me support President Trump. So much for that Climate Change Bull$h!t. While on the subject of Green and Clean of which the Democrats want to rid of Gas stoves and ceiling fans I don't hear any complaints about landfills which poison the Earth and emit cancerous gases. I also don't hear any complaining of how our Oceans, Lakes, rivers and all waterways are used as a dumping ground for chemicals and garbage. So much for the concerns of our Aquatic beings who live in the Oceans. Back to the insanity of the Left Wing creeps who demand Tampons in the Men's restroom while they suffer from a bad case of Diarrhea because they have been exposed for their corruption and complete disregard for the very people they claim to represent while they continue to refer to the Constitution of which not one of them can recite the the opening sentence of and of course the worn out 'The American People are smart and will not stand for the policies of Trump'! An inept clown in a black robe orders the President as to how he should be conducting the deportation of illegals throwing up judicial roadblocks day in and out.
So where are these Smart Americans? I have been designated a White supremacist and a Domestic terrorist by the former administration and continue to be defined as such by the Socialist left wingnuts. Does not matter that when I was ordered to serve my country during the Vietnam conflict I respected the presidential order and unlike those who absconded aka Deserted to Canada only to be granted amnesty by Carter I served honorably and year in and out paid my 'Fair share' of taxes unlike the very one's who are multi millionaires on the salary of an elected representative. If Lucifer does indeed exist he is no doubt astounded as to how those who worship him have exceeded his expectations. As Sonny Corleone would say, 'Bada Bing'.
I used DMSO to fix my 8 year old trick knee, speed up healing of the other sprained knee and resolve pain in my computer mouse hand. It won't fix bone on bone pain but it does help soft tissue problems. See substack author "A Midwestern Doctor" for complete information in his postings or you can buy Amandha Vollmer's book "Healing with DMSO" on Amazon
I’m right with you all the way! For the aches and pains of aging you can use medicine from doctors when you have to but they are pretty useless in my not so humble opinion for everyday complaints. I personally get a lot of help for my degenerating knees and discs from DMSO which you can get off Amazon or from the horse medicine isle in Tractor Supply. Rub it on clean skin. Really helps with the pain.
It's 22 degrees, the sun is shining and the kestrels are back!
One is sitting on the perch of the nesting box on my antenna mast by the garage. They have been using this box for about 7 years now and usually have 5 eggs they bring to fledge.
So sad about George Forman. He really was some one special and a boon to Houston. It is criminal that he was conned into that jab that very well may have shortened his life.
Bernie and AOC: the oligarchy is the democrat party/uniparty, not Musk and Trump who both achieved fame and fortune by their own labor, and not from the federal government, like Bernie and AOC.
Why do people listen to socialists? Bernie and AOC live off the federal government and spend other people’s money. Furthermore, socialism has been an epic FAIL throughout history.
But, sadly, too many Americans listen and vote for these hypocrites who know nothing of economics, live the good life off of American taxpayers, and do nothing but stir up frustrated Americans and their emotions: https://lizlasorte.substack.com/p/fight-the-oligarchy?r=76q58
Trump has called for an investigation to find out who in the government has been getting kickbacks from USAID. For instance, @aoc has been in Congress for six years. She makes $174K/yr. She is worth $30 MIL. The ONLY way that happens is kickbacks.
For us Luddites resisting AI with all our might, would you consider writing some primer articles about how to use one or two of the best? Or point us to some good sources.
Enjoy the eelegy to your recent trip—that’s amoray.
I'm concerned about the prospect of AI becoming a self-motivated entity. What are we doing to prevent this from happening, or limit it's powers, or guide it's intent, if it does? Isaac Asimov famously proposed three "laws of robotics" to guide intelligent machines, but I don't see any such rules being considered or imposed now that the prospect is imminent.
My friend Dannion Brinkley has something to say about the advancing technology. He was shown many things of the future that could come to pass, ( death in 1975 from a lightning strike) and most have, but there are a few that he revealed in 2004. "Advances in chip technology and digital enhancement will usher in a new frontier in cyberspace. The Internet is in the process of developing a global consciousness of its own. This is due to transference of extreme emotions and opinions of its users being expressed via the technology. The intensity of these emotions is being encoded upon the routing system of the Web at such high levels that it is causing the Internet to spawn self-awareness." He says more, and ends with " What happens when the Internet can speak for you? What happens when it decides to think and feel for you? Welcome to the Matrix, Neo!"
Your comment here made me think of recently watching "Substance". Worthless movie in my opinion (other than the special effects/costuming, and that's even debatable). Another moment of me spending time with myself saying "we know not what we sow".
His hugs are like nothing else! I have written before about our initial meeting, it was so direct and changed my life in the way I needed and for many years i have been able to connect with him occasionally and deeply.
Thank you for being one of us, Robert. So glad to have you on our side. Off to Church, then Sunday with Family dinner, and then out to the garden. Shalom and Peace Be With You All.
Doctors MaIone, I think we should develop the conversation about Artificial Intelligence. We really need honest and accurate AI that is independent of the owner's bias and purposes and which is using our questions to train the AIs and to learn to direct the answers to what they want us to know.
We should also make AIs that do not plagiarize others work, authored writing, their art images and photographic images.
Such an AI really needs to be owned by us, the people. And, as the people, we can finance it with small individual donations and/or shares. That could easily amount to very significant funding. Ethical AI and ethical programmers. Jessica Rose has been exploring AI. So has Steve Kirsch. Joe Allen (Singularity Weekly) has written an impressive book titled Dark Aeon. The bones of this are already there if we want to take it on. What say you and the commenters?
Interesting. I want to be able to donate to a cause worth fighting for. One that does not get lost in the waste/fraud garbage can of do gooding for naught.
"The big truth with AI is that it is a bit like the Wizard of Oz. When you control the data (inputs), then you control the outputs - not the AI system. We can't let the corporatists - represented by the WEF, the globalists, the administrative state - and, yes, the deep state control the inputs. "
That has long been true for all computer programs. It is also true for climate models, etc. It also does not make a bad life model.
"stop sending money to other countries and let them hate us for free". With a $ 35 trillion debt that is not just ironically funny, it is essential. My observation is CIA interference in other country business usually results in backfire and/or blowback. Rather than trying to con or manipulate, why not mono e mono negotiate ? If we want lithium from Jackshitastan we could negotiate a trade for something we might have in abundance, rather than to arm and assist an insurrection. Our current administration is amazingly righting the ship U.S.A., including reigning in the egghead management egos of the CIA. I marvel at the following the Democrat Party has garnered in promoting war, minority-ism and convincing the flock they can control our climate. I never understood how always has been available and always will be available abortion became such a Democrat staple, but it is also way up there. Abortion bodily autonomy coupled with mandatory injections somehow seems hypocritical. We are so incredibly fortunate to have the leadership currently in place.
I've been using Grok 3. The globalist WEF big STATE PROPAGANDA coming out of that thing is astounding.
And this is Elon Musk's product?
On technical issues it's really good. Comparative analysis is great for anything that deals with scientific facts and no opinion.
Grok has several different voices. Some of them are scary. Some of them are funny.
Did you ever wonder why you don't have a LOCAL neighborhood internet? People in their houses looking at screens all day need a way to organize.
Well, I'm off for a day outside in the garden, housekeeping and cooking. Also continuing to construct my own human terrain in-person neighborhood net. Because the times are coming when Banks will program your money and A.I. will decide you are too dangerous to be living among "normal" people.
I’m worried too. I’ve used Grok3 to solve some chemistry problems which have been bang on! Created a new watercoloring product for young children without hiring a professional chemist in about 30 minutes. But, facts are easy to sort. Data from research is its strength. The soft spot is all the rest. ChatGPT is even worse.
I had never messed with AI, but recently I got curious. I tried Grok3 first and was somewhat impressed with it, but the free version seemed to get more and more limited and and got a bit frustrated because I didn't want to subscribe..yet, anyway. Then I tested Claude.ai and it had similar limitations of free use. Finally I tried chat.gpt and I really like it a lot. I should clarify that I'm using it more like a search engine to find basic info and facts, and the bonus is that it's free and without cutting you off at some limit, at least for the time being. You can subscribe to a more souped up version, but it seems like the free version starts you off with the ability to use the advanced version free, but that is somewhat limited. When you reach your limit, it shifts over to the lesser free version. I've done very extensive data detail searching (nothing political) and have not been cut off and have been able to refine the detail to satisfy me. It offers to present summaries, charts, pie charts. It's pretty cool! Nevertheless, I'm pretty happy with what I've been able to find out in my queries and it seems more efficient and presents things more logically than Grok or Claude. Less personal and chatty, though. At this point if I were going to actually pay money to use AI, I would probably go with chat.gpi. That could change over time, of course. Meanwhile, the free version is extremely useful and informative in a way I really like.
I just got a new iPhone and chat.gpi is integrated into it. I downloaded an app and so I can use it on my phone if need be.
Wow! All the meaningful messages of the day! Doing my best to take them to heart.
Somehow I start with the clip of the workmen. Do they portend the participants - the guardrailers, the creators and would be users of AI? I daresay IMO developing a positive attitude and jumping into the frey takes a degree of comfort with the topic and the self assurance to jump in. We are fortunate our Malone family are likely up to the challenge!
I will provide more details later, but I note a recent column on HHS jumping in with a program to allow users to assess contaminents in their foods. I did find it and checked it out. Will go back and try again. At least its a starting step in the right direction.
The - big pharma - meme is a winner!
I'm definitely with being on a horse and feeling gratitude.
Yes, Jean. I saw something on HHS program too. Whoever brought it to my attention was not pleased as they indicated it did not dig deep enough. I, too, am interested in more info.
A Sunday thought.

Thank you one and all,
Bill
I’m glad the good doctor has helped you, and glad William you acknowledged it. Sometimes we miss opportunities to say thank you, sometimes we miss opportunities to help someone, I’m trying to get better at it. Thanks William!!
We all continue on the path of learning. For me, it's a lovely one, jaw dropping at times!!
03/24/25: Thank you, William. It is gratifying to read that you found someone who restored your physical health (and no doubt, sanity). Best of luck, sir!
Thank you!
Thanks Patricia your father sounds like he is a wonderful Dad!! God bless!!
You are my "Sunday inspiration" James. I appreciate you taking the time to share your uplifting thoughts.
Thank you DD. When I began my subscription here I could be rigid and sharp, I still can be, but you made me think deeper and opened my mind to be a little more accepting, sometimes about things that maybe people can’t change. So you inspired me as well, thank you for that!!
mine too,
I will second that one DD!
That is just GREAT!, James. Thank you.
. . . my small contribution for this Sunday. . . on Integrity. Clint is Great.

I listened to the interview great post Red, thank you!!
Yes, James! We must not get so busy we neglect to see people! We ARE people. All of us.
Great advice James, I love reading your wise words.
Thank You T.Paine, I know I’ve said this before, I love your name🤗!!
A bright and spendid Sunday to you, J. Goodrich. I once said you are a goof (in, I hope, an inspiring way), but you are also a jewel!
I'm busy editing this cause I forgot the magic words, James. Thank you!!
Your awesome LB, I love reading your posts!!
Great post!
Thank you for this insightful Sunday note.
I was so sure the next words would be "high on c..."
Thanks for so many funnies this morning =)
Hahaha, I found myself singing that song in my head…
you mean like Kamala? haha.. I thought it was going to be a post with all of Kamalas nose wiping word-salads.
Remember Margaret Thatcher's quip "You can vote in Socialism but you have to shoot your way out!"
“Gratitude helps you fall in love with the life you already have”
What a great message for us all.
Katie Hopkins never ceases to make me laugh out loud. 🤣🤣🤣
Have a blessed day Robert and Jill.
I thank you both for reminding me about DMSO!
My experience of the "golden years" involves a bit of reversed alchemy.
It's 22 degrees, the sun is shining and the kestrels are back!
One is sitting on the perch of the nesting box on my antenna mast by the garage. They have been using this box for about 7 years now and usually have 5 eggs they bring to fledge.
This is my sign of spring!
Bill
Beautiful imagery!!
They listen to those who tell them they can sit on their butts and be taken care of by everybody else.
So many share worthy memes! Thank you.
Dannion Brinkley is a wonderful person. (I got to meet him once, and gave him a hug.)
Every word in your post is true, even the place known as Jackshitastan.
I found ChatGPT blatantly wrong especially about medical issues and you can get it to admit it if challenged. Don’t believe everything it says.
Enjoy the day. Spring has sprung.
Yes, Jean. I saw something on HHS program too. Whoever brought it to my attention was not pleased as they indicated it did not dig deep enough. I, too, am interested in more info.
I'll include more tomorrow. For me, top page, it needs some more work to be easy and useful for everymom and the rest of us. But will try again.
