Who buys fresh parsley? I'm not a fan of cilantro. I did make the mistake once of buying a cucumber and did not see my mistake until I was peeling it to cut and steam. I was in my twenties at the time. My folks never bought cucumbers.

Hi...been missed. Actually we (my wife) uses cilantro in quite a few dishes. And actually replaces parsley in some recipes.

Parsley is one of the main ingredients in tabbouleh, a salad thatтАЩs a staple in Lebanese and Syrian cuisine. ItтАЩs great with pita bread and often served alongside hummus and baba ghanoush.

Parsley a main ingredient, wow! Old wives tales has it if chewed after a meal it helps the digestion or something like that. When I was much, much younger, a parsley sprig always adorned a dinner plate in a restaurant. One never ordered it!
