I can't speak for Deirdre, but as a follower of Christ, I realize that we need to fight against the injustice we see and advocate for the vulnerable, especially as they are coming after our children now. At the same time, I believe what the Bible tells us about the future. If current events are bringing us closer to what Christians call the end times, we will not be able to stop it.
