Yeah, I agree, regardless of what they are doing, it falls under the same umbrella truly. So as a scientist, I agree that it is all part of geoengineering, and that as mentioned previously, it serves specific corporate interests like Monsanto’s GMO’d aluminum resistant seeds, making big money, centralizing power and preventing the general populace from being self reliant. As well as to act as a method to disperse toxic byproducts from big chemical into the air since they have already reached their limits of doing so secretly into the soil and water around the world. They got caught a few too many times with that, so they took to the skies instead to disperse it everywhere and achieve these further goals. It is white collar criminal activity to say the least, and as such, they know it will be very difficult to physically prove all aspects of that in court for a couple decades, so that gives them all the time they need to accomplish their goals in the mean time. 🤦🏼♂️
Also, I don’t think there is a specific government agency orchestrating it, but several are involved. There are local governments doing it for simple cloud seeding methods to artificially manufacture cloud cover and rainfall, an the DOD originally did it for warfare purposes to help produce more crops for us and less for them so make their resources dry up faster and thus lose the war. Beyond that, from the things I have seen and heard, it’s big chemical and big pharma that are primarily doing it with their own private fleets of planes to do so, and the government has just been misled and bribed to allow it and think it’s for the good of stoping one of their favorite boogeymen, climate change.
