There is way too much evidence that points to that, from the autopsy data, for instance, and people like Underhill - whose statement came the day after, followed by his death.

Dr. Malone... we have to believe what is shown to us in the altered Zapruder film. JFK's head is struck. It explodes and he moves back and to the right. He hits the right hand side of the limo and then falls ('bounces' ?) to the left engaging Jaqueline Kennedy. All this seems to clarify that the fatal bullet came from in front of Kennedy... and from the left. Exactly where the Secret Service Limo Diver was. No bullet striking JFK's head from the rear would do this. So Oswald is out. A kill shot from the rear would make his head push down. that didn't happen. His head pushed back because it was hit from the front !
One piece of information not often mentioned was that Oswald went to Mexico City a week before the assassination of John Kennedy and visited the U.S. Embassy. Richard Helms was the station chief for the CIA in Mexico at the time. Helms later became Director of the CIA. There exists a recorded conversation between President Richard Nixon and CIA Director Helms. Nixon tells Helms he knows that "dirty tricks" are a part of covert CIA activities. Then he said, "I think I know who killed John." Helms does not reply. There is a long 10-second pause of silence.
