Just listened to an Epoch TV interview with Missouri attorney. I probably got the wrong impression that there were more than 1 Amicus brief. 12 USC 95(b) refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 (a/k/a The Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes".
This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

7th: Next (also 1913) Congress passed and entered the 17th amendment as ratified, even though the states had no opportunity to ratify the same. This amendment is not only not ratified, it is not constitutional; the Constitution forbids Congress from even discussing the matter of where Senators are elected.
8th: In 1914, the Freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for re-election in 1913 by popular vote are seated in Corp. U.S. capacity only.
9th: In 1917, Corp. U.S. enters WWI and passes their Emergency War Powers, and Trading with the Enemies Acts.
10th: In 1918, President Wilson is re-elected by the Electoral College but their election is required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where in the new Corp. U.S., only Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation. The only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate only. Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as President of the United States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S. Presidential capacity.
Therefore the original jurisdiction government's seats were vacated because the people didn't seat any original jurisdiction government officers.
11th: In 1933, the Trading with the Enemies Act was adjusted to recognize the people of the United States of America as enemies of Corp. U.S. 12th: In 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund, and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.
13th: Some time after 1935, you asked the Social Security Administration for a relationship with their program. They create an entity with a name (that sounds like your name but is spelled with all capital letters) and a depository account number in the Social Security General Trust Fund (GTF). They give you the Social Security card which identifies you as the single person with authority to control the entity they created (on review: you may notice that the Social Security Administration was the creator of the entity, the GTF is its beneficiary and you were made its Trustee.) More importantly: this capacity does not limit you or your capacity to act in your sovereign capacity in any way.
14th: In 1968, at the national governors' conference in Lexington, Kentucky, the IMF leaders of the event proposed the dilemma the State governors were in for carrying out their business dealings in Federal Reserve Notes (foreign notes), which is forbidden in the national and State constitutions, alleging that if they did not do something to protect themselves the people would discover what had been done with their money and would likely kill them all and start over. They suggested the States form corporations like Corp. U.S. and showed the advantages of the resultant uniform codes that could be created, which would allow better and more powerful control over the people.
15th: By 1971, every State government in the union of States had formed such private corporations (Corp. State), in accord with the IMF admonition, and the people ceased to seat original jurisdiction government officials in their State government seats.
There's something else you should know: Everything, since June 1933, operates in COMMERCE! Uniform Commercial Code.
The Birth Certificate was created to offset U.S. Bankruptcy declared in 1933 to satisfy bankers and creditors of U.S. debt. Legally, since your birth your artificial person, has been considered a slave or indentured servant to the various federal, provincial and municipal governments via your STATE-issued, STATE-created birth certificate in the name of your all-caps person. Your birth certificate was issued so that the issuer could claim "exclusive" title to the legal person created.
This was further compounded when you voluntarily obtained a driver's license and a SSN (Social Security Number).
The state even owns your personal and private life through your STATE-issued marriage license/certificate issued in the all-caps names. You have had no rights in birth, marriage, nor will you have them even in death unless you re-capture your straw man. (The names on tombstones in cemeteries are in all-caps.)
1. 1st: In 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law. He ordered that the states (people) either conscript troops and provide money in support of the North or be recognized as an enemy of the nation. This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today - what it means is that the President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the government in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the foundation of Presidential Executive Orders.
2nd: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter "Corp. U.S.") owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia.
3rd: In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION ), which was identical to the national Constitution (Constitution of the United States of America) except that it was missing the national constitution's 13th Amendment. The national constitution's 13th, 14th and 15th amendments are respectively numbered 14th, 15th and 16th amendments in their constitution.
4th: The corporation began to generate debts via bonds etc., which came due in 1912, but they could not pay their debts so the 7 families that bought up the bonds demanded payment and Corp. U.S. could not pay. Said families settled the debt for the payments of all of Corp. U.S.' assets and for all of the assets of the Treasury of the United States of America.
5th: As 1913 began, Corp. U.S. had no funds to carry out the necessary business needs of the government so they went to said families and asked if they could borrow some money. The families said no (Corp. U.S. had already demonstrated that they would not repay their debts in full).
The families had foreseen this situation and had the year before finalized the creation of a private corporation of the name "Federal Reserve Bank". Corp. U.S. formed a relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank whereby they could transact their business via note rather than with money. Notice that this relationship was one made between two private corporations and did not involve government; that is where most people error in understanding the Federal Reserve Bank system-again it has no government relation at all. The private contracts that set the whole system up even recognize that if anything herein proposed is found illegal or impossible to perform it is excluded from the agreements and the remaining elements remain in full force and effect.
6th: Almost simultaneously with the last fact (also in 1913), Corp. U.S. passes and adopts (as if ratified) their own 16th amendment. It must be noted that this amendment has nothing to do with our nation, with our people or with our national Constitution, which already had its own 16th amendment. The Supreme Court ruled that it did nothing that was not already done other than to make plain and clear the right of the United States (Corp. U.S.) to tax corporations. We agree, considering that they were created under the authority of Corp. U.S.
I disagree with the premise given in John Guy's opening sentence. The "enemy" being invoked, pursuant to the "Trading With The Enemy Act", was Weimar Germany, not the corporation created by the US to run Washington City within the District of Columbia.
Decades of indoctrination in public school "social studies" classes convinced most Americans that "inherent failings of capitalism" caused the Great Depression and that the New Deal was needed to fix these problems.
What is ignored by people who never read the primary sources from the period, is that a Global Banking Collapse began the Great War of 1914-18 in Europe, and that collapse and Great Depression finally reached the US in 1933. It had been common practice in Europe to settle debts in gold or with reference to gold, interrupted by the French hyperinflation of 1789-99. Various revolutionaries beginning with Maximillian Robespierre tried to print the French government out of debt by promising the future tax receipts from the French people, but currency dilution from printing more of if, made agreeing on debt settlement impossible. Napoleon Bonaparte overthrew the French government in 1799, declaring "I will pay in gold or I won't pay!", then launched a series of invasions of neighboring countries and stole their gold to make French debt payments. Germany in the 1870s after invading France and defeating Napoleon The Third, began an experiment with Marxian Socialism that got them heavily indebted. The killing of Archduke Franz Ferdinand was the excuse used by the Hapsburg Empire to go to war on Serbia, but within days every nation in Europe became involved, hoping to seize some enemy nation's gold reserves and use them to pay down their debts. The war dragged on in a siege for 4 years, causing every country in it to dilute its currency by printing more. Germany signed a peace treaty that allowed their king, Kaiser Wilhelm, to leave the country and live out his days in Holland, but demanded massive reparations payments from the German people that were unpayable. Germany began inflating its currency to pay the debt owed to France, the UK, the US and other nations but was not actually paying. The net result was that every European country lost money and most became bankrupt. Since Germany was in violation of the peace treaty of Versailles, by not making timely payments, FDR treated them as "The Enemy", as did the UK and France. So for example, helium mined at three US government-built cryocooling plants in Oklahoma and Texas could not be sold to Germany but could be sold to the UK. What had happened to the US is that we operated the Government at a budget surplus from the end of the Civil War until 1913 and did not need to borrow money. After the war, alcohol prohibition ended the federal excise tax on alcohol and reduced the federal tax receipts at the same time as we came to terms with the lack of funds coming in from Germany. Because we had cash reserves at that time and were less cash strapped than Europe, we started using the new Federal Reserve to run up a Government debt by currency inflation, not realizing how contagious European bankruptcy was. Bankrupt nations stopped importing our products because they could not afford them, leading to surpluses and declining prices. We fell victim to our own propaganda, believing we must be rich because we had won a war.
FDR used the Trading With The Enemy Act to seize all gold, paying the going rate of $25 per ounce in Federal Reserve Notes or Silver Certificates. Once he had the gold, he taxed everyone who held US dollars, by devaluing those dollars, re-pricing gold at $35 per ounce.
Had they stopped there, our debts would have been paid off.
Instead they kept borrowing money at an accelerating rate. We're now as big of a deadbeat debtor as were most European nations after the Great War of 1914-18

It was here where every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration. FDR changed Wilson's original 1917 Act.
This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

That is a huge mountain resting on the back of our Constitutional Republic.
Part 2:
7th: Next (also 1913) Congress passed and entered the 17th amendment as ratified, even though the states had no opportunity to ratify the same. This amendment is not only not ratified, it is not constitutional; the Constitution forbids Congress from even discussing the matter of where Senators are elected.
8th: In 1914, the Freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for re-election in 1913 by popular vote are seated in Corp. U.S. capacity only.
9th: In 1917, Corp. U.S. enters WWI and passes their Emergency War Powers, and Trading with the Enemies Acts.
10th: In 1918, President Wilson is re-elected by the Electoral College but their election is required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where in the new Corp. U.S., only Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation. The only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate only. Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as President of the United States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S. Presidential capacity.
Therefore the original jurisdiction government's seats were vacated because the people didn't seat any original jurisdiction government officers.
11th: In 1933, the Trading with the Enemies Act was adjusted to recognize the people of the United States of America as enemies of Corp. U.S. 12th: In 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund, and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.
13th: Some time after 1935, you asked the Social Security Administration for a relationship with their program. They create an entity with a name (that sounds like your name but is spelled with all capital letters) and a depository account number in the Social Security General Trust Fund (GTF). They give you the Social Security card which identifies you as the single person with authority to control the entity they created (on review: you may notice that the Social Security Administration was the creator of the entity, the GTF is its beneficiary and you were made its Trustee.) More importantly: this capacity does not limit you or your capacity to act in your sovereign capacity in any way.
14th: In 1968, at the national governors' conference in Lexington, Kentucky, the IMF leaders of the event proposed the dilemma the State governors were in for carrying out their business dealings in Federal Reserve Notes (foreign notes), which is forbidden in the national and State constitutions, alleging that if they did not do something to protect themselves the people would discover what had been done with their money and would likely kill them all and start over. They suggested the States form corporations like Corp. U.S. and showed the advantages of the resultant uniform codes that could be created, which would allow better and more powerful control over the people.
15th: By 1971, every State government in the union of States had formed such private corporations (Corp. State), in accord with the IMF admonition, and the people ceased to seat original jurisdiction government officials in their State government seats.

There's something else you should know: Everything, since June 1933, operates in COMMERCE! Uniform Commercial Code.
The Birth Certificate was created to offset U.S. Bankruptcy declared in 1933 to satisfy bankers and creditors of U.S. debt. Legally, since your birth your artificial person, has been considered a slave or indentured servant to the various federal, provincial and municipal governments via your STATE-issued, STATE-created birth certificate in the name of your all-caps person. Your birth certificate was issued so that the issuer could claim "exclusive" title to the legal person created.
This was further compounded when you voluntarily obtained a driver's license and a SSN (Social Security Number).
The state even owns your personal and private life through your STATE-issued marriage license/certificate issued in the all-caps names. You have had no rights in birth, marriage, nor will you have them even in death unless you re-capture your straw man. (The names on tombstones in cemeteries are in all-caps.)

Here is the timeline:
1. 1st: In 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law. He ordered that the states (people) either conscript troops and provide money in support of the North or be recognized as an enemy of the nation. This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today - what it means is that the President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the government in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the foundation of Presidential Executive Orders.
2nd: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter "Corp. U.S.") owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia.
3rd: In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION ), which was identical to the national Constitution (Constitution of the United States of America) except that it was missing the national constitution's 13th Amendment. The national constitution's 13th, 14th and 15th amendments are respectively numbered 14th, 15th and 16th amendments in their constitution.
4th: The corporation began to generate debts via bonds etc., which came due in 1912, but they could not pay their debts so the 7 families that bought up the bonds demanded payment and Corp. U.S. could not pay. Said families settled the debt for the payments of all of Corp. U.S.' assets and for all of the assets of the Treasury of the United States of America.
5th: As 1913 began, Corp. U.S. had no funds to carry out the necessary business needs of the government so they went to said families and asked if they could borrow some money. The families said no (Corp. U.S. had already demonstrated that they would not repay their debts in full).
The families had foreseen this situation and had the year before finalized the creation of a private corporation of the name "Federal Reserve Bank". Corp. U.S. formed a relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank whereby they could transact their business via note rather than with money. Notice that this relationship was one made between two private corporations and did not involve government; that is where most people error in understanding the Federal Reserve Bank system-again it has no government relation at all. The private contracts that set the whole system up even recognize that if anything herein proposed is found illegal or impossible to perform it is excluded from the agreements and the remaining elements remain in full force and effect.
6th: Almost simultaneously with the last fact (also in 1913), Corp. U.S. passes and adopts (as if ratified) their own 16th amendment. It must be noted that this amendment has nothing to do with our nation, with our people or with our national Constitution, which already had its own 16th amendment. The Supreme Court ruled that it did nothing that was not already done other than to make plain and clear the right of the United States (Corp. U.S.) to tax corporations. We agree, considering that they were created under the authority of Corp. U.S.
I disagree with the premise given in John Guy's opening sentence. The "enemy" being invoked, pursuant to the "Trading With The Enemy Act", was Weimar Germany, not the corporation created by the US to run Washington City within the District of Columbia.
Decades of indoctrination in public school "social studies" classes convinced most Americans that "inherent failings of capitalism" caused the Great Depression and that the New Deal was needed to fix these problems.
What is ignored by people who never read the primary sources from the period, is that a Global Banking Collapse began the Great War of 1914-18 in Europe, and that collapse and Great Depression finally reached the US in 1933. It had been common practice in Europe to settle debts in gold or with reference to gold, interrupted by the French hyperinflation of 1789-99. Various revolutionaries beginning with Maximillian Robespierre tried to print the French government out of debt by promising the future tax receipts from the French people, but currency dilution from printing more of if, made agreeing on debt settlement impossible. Napoleon Bonaparte overthrew the French government in 1799, declaring "I will pay in gold or I won't pay!", then launched a series of invasions of neighboring countries and stole their gold to make French debt payments. Germany in the 1870s after invading France and defeating Napoleon The Third, began an experiment with Marxian Socialism that got them heavily indebted. The killing of Archduke Franz Ferdinand was the excuse used by the Hapsburg Empire to go to war on Serbia, but within days every nation in Europe became involved, hoping to seize some enemy nation's gold reserves and use them to pay down their debts. The war dragged on in a siege for 4 years, causing every country in it to dilute its currency by printing more. Germany signed a peace treaty that allowed their king, Kaiser Wilhelm, to leave the country and live out his days in Holland, but demanded massive reparations payments from the German people that were unpayable. Germany began inflating its currency to pay the debt owed to France, the UK, the US and other nations but was not actually paying. The net result was that every European country lost money and most became bankrupt. Since Germany was in violation of the peace treaty of Versailles, by not making timely payments, FDR treated them as "The Enemy", as did the UK and France. So for example, helium mined at three US government-built cryocooling plants in Oklahoma and Texas could not be sold to Germany but could be sold to the UK. What had happened to the US is that we operated the Government at a budget surplus from the end of the Civil War until 1913 and did not need to borrow money. After the war, alcohol prohibition ended the federal excise tax on alcohol and reduced the federal tax receipts at the same time as we came to terms with the lack of funds coming in from Germany. Because we had cash reserves at that time and were less cash strapped than Europe, we started using the new Federal Reserve to run up a Government debt by currency inflation, not realizing how contagious European bankruptcy was. Bankrupt nations stopped importing our products because they could not afford them, leading to surpluses and declining prices. We fell victim to our own propaganda, believing we must be rich because we had won a war.
FDR used the Trading With The Enemy Act to seize all gold, paying the going rate of $25 per ounce in Federal Reserve Notes or Silver Certificates. Once he had the gold, he taxed everyone who held US dollars, by devaluing those dollars, re-pricing gold at $35 per ounce.
Had they stopped there, our debts would have been paid off.
Instead they kept borrowing money at an accelerating rate. We're now as big of a deadbeat debtor as were most European nations after the Great War of 1914-18

The twelve regional banks were set up so that the people wouldn't think that the Federal Reserve was controlled from New York. The New York Fed is the only bank that matters.
Plain and simple, the Federal Reserve is not part of the Federal Government. It is a privately held corporation owned by stockholders.

According to Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, only Congress has the right to issue money and regulate its value, so it is illegal for private interests to do so.
Yet, it happened, and because of a provision in the Act, the 'Class A' stockholders were to be kept a secret and not to be revealed. R.F. McMaster, who published a newsletter called The Reaper, through his Swiss and Saudi Arabian contacts, was able to find out which banks held a controlling interest in the Reserve.

FDR - Trading With the Enemy Act
It was here where every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration. FDR changed Wilson's original 1917 Act.
This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".
Last century the British politician, Benjamin Disraeli, a man of wide political experience, declared that :
“the world is governed by very different personalities from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.”
This century U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt has been quoted as saying: “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, it was planned that way.”

Trading With the Enemy Act

In 1917, under President Woodrow Wilson, the U.S. Congress passed legislation titled Trading With the Enemy Act. The objective was to stop any American from trading with our enemies and the allies of our enemies, during World War I.Sec. 2(c) of the act defined "enemy" as foreigners and countries who were at war with the United States. Conclusions of Book: We have demonstrated
First: that Wall Street financed the German cartels in the mid-1920s which in turn proceeded to bring Hitler to power.
Second: that the financing for Hitler and his S.S. street thugs came in part from affiliates or subsidiaries of U.S. firms, including Henry Ford in 1922, payments by I.G. Farben and General Electric in 1933, followed by the Standard Oil of New Jersey and I.T.T. subsidiary payments to Heinrich Himmler up to 1944.
Third: that U.S. multi-nationals under the control of Wall Street profited handsomely from Hitler's military construction program in the 1930s and at least until 1942

At one time in America the government used propaganda to unite and celebrate America and its freedoms. At a point, probably the early 60’s, an unelected deep state took control of Americas power structures. At that time it was mostly covert. Today it’s open authoritarian policy. If you are unaware of it it’s because you don’t want to know. The government openly censors people while using soviet terms like misinformation, disinformation, or false information. I love the titles authoritarians use for the people destroying our first amendment. Rob Flaherty’s title was Biden’s Director of Digital strategy. Communist revolutions could not exist without communist soldiers like Flaherty. Any American that would willingly take part in depriving people of their god given right to speak freely, like Jack Smith, should face many years in prison for it is completely illegal. But this is the corrupt America we all live in. We sincerely need a real American to step into the Whitehouse and take care of all of these mafia like solders from the bottom to the top. We need to remove as much subjectivity from the process as possible
We need to be honest about what happened and what the future holds. What happened: Even a skeptic cannot deny many of the pertinent bits of information showing count manipulation. What the future holds: The Uniparty controls the vote count in several swing states and that is all that is necessary to alter any national election.
We need to know who all the major people are whose purpose is to attack our constitutional rights and splash their names and deeds all over the alternative media. And keep pushing it, reminding everyone who these people are and what they’ve done. Then we all write and call and email our congressional representatives, repeatedly, in different ways, asking them what they’re going to do about these criminals embedded in a criminal administration. If we hammer on this enough, it will start leaking into the mainstream.
Traveling this past week with time to read more than usual, it seems that the right to free speech and thought and charge of conspiracies started upon bringing Obama in office. Much excitement of our first President of color (half) was not even dared to be vetted prior to election. The honeymoon was great and the country did not want to see if this candidate was pro American or not, or vet his track record of donors and company. Censorship came hard. Mr. Biden, long in corruption they quickly made alliances with Victor Chavez, Cuba, Middle East leaders who were not traditionally our “friends”, and most importantly rejecting Israel.
With enormous debt right off the bat, the public was dared to object. Then, Obamacare. At a professional meeting, our small group of years could discuss anything. Wait!

The historical precedent for what began with Obama as POTUS and Clinton as SOS dates to the rigged 1876 Election that put the KKK in command of the South and held back Black progress for 89 years. The XIV Amendment prohibited all racial discrimination. So the new KKK rulers created "Black people's diseases" as a public health threat that must be regulated. Republicans were barred from holding indoor meetings because the Black fans of Lincoln might infect the white fans of Lincoln and white Democrats might catch the (fake) diseases. Four years later when Charles Darwin died, his nephew smelled money and came here promoting the idea that Black people are "less-evolved", creating a disease threat.
