Disappointing to gather Italy's version of the Mediterranean diet has become a thing of the past. With the UN 2030 attacks on protein sources and farmers in particular, one wonders where this will be headed. All the more important where RFK Jr and HHS take us.

Couple articles. One speculates a replay of the Covidcrisis via Bird flu is underway. Cites similarities. Suggests
"The second major step the Trump administration needs to take is to disband the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR), something the president had vowed to do as a candidate in April 2024, if elected. As Baker puts it: “Mr. Trump’s instinct was correct then, and it remains correct now.”
In part as relates to its vaccine entusiasm and One Health bent.
The other article covers the industry now pushing for a vaccine that doesnt have to be injected. More food contaminations of eggs and meat?
I'm glad you're sorting out the options and the good news we've been heading in better eating strategies here in the States.
Jean, your comment made me remember I wanted to post this and get reactions:
"Dr. David Weldon Demise Indicates Senate Panel Compromised by Vaccine Ideology", Deep Psychological Bias Makes it Impossible to be Objective on Safety Data.
They just pulled Weldons nomination. He did write about what happened. Two R senators had a problem with his vax views. It's a pity RFK Jr didn't evidently coach him on how to better finesse the topic. He reported some pretty convincing reasons for his views. I may not have the commission in question in mind, but a Commission is called off. Makary said he will be reviewing the commissions to assure appropriate selections.
If you are referring to the 2 No votes for Weldon - it was the head of the panelj (Cassidy) who has been dicey re vaccines all along - big fan, and the Maine woman. I don't remember if they've been identified as Pharma folks or not.
I was and it goes to my constant concern about the amount of money involved in politics and why I would love to see all out of state money banned from all in state elections ( including federal offices).

Curious where those senators raise campaign funds?
