Oh my James, you and I are foodie twins!! Peanut M&Ms have been my nemesis since practically the dawn of my life, along with chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, Snickers, blah, blah, blah. I've mentioned my maternal grandmother treating me if I followed instructions with bathtime/bedtime etc. I could weigh 500lbs if I didn't attempt a stop to the sugar devil. Think of all those dyes in those M&Ms too! I fight every day and tho at this time I need 12lbs gone, I feel so much better for not giving in to temptation on a daily basis. It's been indicated people find their sugar fix in 1 of 2 ways. 1 group leans to sweets (me), 1 group leans to alcohol. My dad was definitely sweets, my mom loved her glass (or 3) of wine.

Yep. I made the mistake of 'treating myself' not to long ago to several handfuls of those lil peanut devils - oh, my ache stomach and left hand cramped up from tendonitis. I also can get low back pain altho a daily walk helps with that.

Before stopped smoking and gained 70 lbs a 1/4 lb bag of peanut m&ms and 2 beers was a normal after work snack. Loved 'em
