I go with nuts, altho that too is a caution as they are Not low fat. Macadamias are a favorite just cause of the sweeter taste. I try real hard to do a limit of 10 maybe 2 x daily.

There are different kinds of fat. Not all fats are bad. Nuts are in the good category. You investigate just what fat is.

Sure, I'm aware of fats, especially after the Keto diet. Nuts have carbs too, so best to limit. Just like chips about anything can become an overindulgence if we let it. Thanks.
