While I agree with the majority of the article, I am no longer a fan of intermittent fasting. It raises stress hormones, can lead to adrenal failure, and lowers metabolism. While you will see results initially bc of the caloric restriction, you will eventually gain it back. I highly recommend reading the late Ray Peat’s work. If you want to follow someone who follows Peat’s work: Jay Feldman, Mike Fave, Georgi Dinkov, and Ashley Armstrong are a few.

IF is not a problem if you are keto-adapted. Any stress would be caused by dropping glucose levels in those who rely on glucose for fuel.
