Years ago I had my blood tested for 100 different foods for food sensitivities. I was sensitive to eggs yeast milk and sesame. They put me on a two day rotation diet eliminating those foods and I was able to choose from 10 meats and 10 vegetables and a few starches and mostly water and tea to drink. I was astonished at how much energy I had and how little sleep I required to feel great. The whites of my eyes were white again my allergies went away my postnasal drip went away and I could smell the grass in the fields. All my senses are heightened to the nth degree. It was wonderful! All my joint pain went away. what we put in our bodies is so important. They said that people crave foods that they are sensitive to. For instance Mexicans crave corn products. In my case I loved milk and eggs and bread. When I eliminated those foods from my diet my health improved times 10!

Agree 100% Gail!! Good for you! I've changed my PC doc to a lady more functionally inclined again and was actually going to talk with her about that kind of test. Thanks for the reminder! ; > )

This was over 10 years ago when I followed the diet perfectly for 3 months and got those fabulous results. Over time I backslid but not totally. I learned a lot and experienced the truth of how great I could feel if I did not succumb to old habits and comfort foods. It was so easy with the support and guidance and choice to "just do it" and with immediate rewards. Life happens and old habits return. It is a constant choice and decision day by day. Almost like any other "addict"....one day at a time!

I love your sense of humor!

I see you as a Strong Lady but Kind too. You chose a path and pretty much clung to it. The dividends were in the satisfaction which was All your own to celebrate and take on more challenges. Thank you for your Kind compliment...tis better to laugh then cry.
