James I too love sweets- particularly chocolate! But we only eat dark chocolate (85%) and we limit how much we eat. And if we are eating out and there is a chocolate dessert we go for it and don’t feel guilty. No sugar in our house and no cookies or unhealthy candy. And we snack on healthy almond butter or sunflower butter. Works for us! God bless! πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻
