I'd like to know how a childless lesbian became so powerful that she took control of our education system and can dictate to children's parents how they must be educated, and how she's able to force her ideas of morality on children over those of the parents.

Political extremists like Weingarten are destroying the American system of public education.

I don't think it has anything to do with her being childless or a lesbian, but it has everything to do with her lack of integrity, lack of intelligence, and her desire to serve herself in lieu of serving others....her low character.

Nailed it!

I think it says something about the people she's leading too, and it ain't good.

Yeah just like what ANG pilot said. Did you ever notice how many of these deranged people are in our govt? From Senators to even a halfbreed president who came across as Hetero but is basically a Homo. God just imagine the propaganda machines power to keep that bit of news buried. Ok Im connecting dots that are way out there.

She should be sued to the full extent of the law!!!!!!!

Are you serious with all the corrupt judges both Democrats and RINOs?

Weingarten should have criminal charges brought against her. The DOJ and government attorneys need to work as hard and long as private practice lawyers do.

Agreed.... But, good luck with that.

There's time to sue and prosecute them all if the government workers work the same hours as the rest of us do.

Dr.s’ Robert and Jill Malone’s book PsyWar” is quite an eye-opener — a great read! On page 163 is Part III, titled “Propaganda and Censorship” where there are answers to your questions.

You sir, are not alone. So many of us are scratching our heads and wondering how people are so “mindless”. The Malone’s wonderful book puts it all in perspective. IMHO—everyone should read this book because they will clearly benefit from the information presented in “PsyWar”.

Thank you “Docs” Robert and Jill🙂

There is no clearer evidence of the degree to which the US education clique has sunk into abject socialism than those documents they wrote during wuflu lockdowns. There has to be some way to weed out these vermin

How about DE-FUNDING ALL taxpayer $$$ to the NEA, AFT, et al.

Get this, Michael, in 2021, Rhonda Weingarten's salary + bonus was tidy $560,000 dollars; her AVERAGE salary is OVER $400,000! MORE than the president of the USA's salary!

She and Fauci should be deported!

Expand full comment

Agreed! How Weingarten was put into a position that inflicted massive damage on the children of the U.S. shines a light on the lack of integrity of the entire organization. The AFT along with the NEA needs to be cleansed of people like Weingarten whose rotten guidance took American children's education to the bottom of the barrel. She should be prosecuted and lose the money she was paid for this position. She was not worth two cents!

BTW, after checking, though most public schools were closed during the WUHAN virus, the NEA and AFT "teachers" were still paid whatever level of salaries they 'normally' received.

Ok that's what I think you meant but you worded it badly. Time is such a precious irreplaceable commodity it’s unimaginable that the welfare of children were placed in the hands of people that themselves place no value on their own time. These lost years of education can never be replaced. It’s said when we die we are judged by God we have to account for how we spent our precious time God had given us. I can’t imagine these teachers that not only wasted their own years but wasted and ruined the lives of so many children. In 1980 when the department of education was formed by Jimmy Carter American public schools were ranked #1 in the world. Today we are ranked as low as 31st which just goes to show what a wonderful job this bureaucracy does!

Biden will pardon her and all of his partners in crime for the past four years. Even though he is a sock puppet with others running the Executive Branch, with a stroke of a pen, lawlessness and lying will be condoned and celebrated. I have never seen this level of corruption in our government, and an administration that worked overtime to destroy the lives of Americans.

Biden lied when he said the transition of power was going to be peaceful and smooth. He’s doing everything he can to neuter Trump and his new administration before January 20th. I never want to hear that the difference between Democrats and Republicans is merely policies, and that the Democratic Party loves America just like Republicans. That is an unadulterated lie! “You will know them by their fruits” and their fruits are as rotten as their roots.

The Department of Education needs to be dismantled, and the funds for this obese agency needs to be sent to the states, and each state needs to oust the mafia like unions which have destroyed patriotism, academics, and now the physical and mental health of our children. It is unconscionable!

The existence of unions is an intriguing yin yang. The labor of the poor was and remains unfairly exploited. The need for and the rise of collective bargaining has an altruistic beginning. Unfortunately unions are no more or less vulnerable to corruption than any other entity wielding power and influence. My experience indicates that pendulum of fairness and abuse of power has swung too far to the union side. When the most menial of human tasks can freeze or lock up the global economy of the world it's purpose has changed from fairness to extortion. Moving from Longshoremen to teacher's unions similar abuses have manifested. The most talented teachers who excel in their profession are not justly rewarded. Conversely, poorly performing teachers are heavily protected by their union contract language. There is a poetic justice in unions becoming politically influential, aligning themselves with a political party and subsequently thrown under the bus by that party, ( off-shoring jobs, taking for granted, etc. ).

My mother had been a high school teacher, retired when the teachers' unions showed up. "Teachers' unions, what about the children?" she would lament. We lament still, only now, with public school perfomance so much worse. School districts either need a name change or a reboot. Such-and-such Independent School District. Independent, my foot.

To my overwhelming distress, they seem to have come out of the woodwork these last 4 years. After all, 2030 might as well be just around the corner. I look at all of them, and automatically think of Yuri Bezmenov's warnings. I think of Andrew Breitbart, "Righteous Indignation," and his summary of how the Frankfurt School came to nest in the US.

I have seen all of what has been discussed in the article play out with my own relatives. It is sad. Add to all of the things discussed that I have two nephews, now 14 and 18, who’s Dad died in 2021 (not COVID related) and the things discussed just got compounded in their lives over these past three years.

Those kids who lost one or both parents during the pandemic were negatively impacted even more so than other students. I don’t know if they will ever catch up.

I encouraged my kids to not wear the mask at school and to be respectfully defiant of all the stupid covid rules. After a few phone calls and emails from their various schools, said admin from the schools gave up trying to get them to comply. It may have had something to do with the four page email I sent to each teacher, dean, principal, board of education member, their attorneys and a few local politicians. The email was not politely worded and spelled out (the short version), "If you forcibly jab my kids I'm coming for all of you, all your stuff and will do everything possible to get all of you locked up". Best guess is the law firm for the school district told admin to back off as within about a week of the email the stupid stopped.

Then the "home learning, remote learning, virtual learning" BS started.

Straight A honor roll student went to C's. Marginal second child was failing. Youngest was doing OK, but not really learning anything.

Covid was not a good time for my kids. My wife and I, along with other families pretty much ignored the edicts from Gov. Evers and had our kids do as many normal things as possible.

The freshmen class at any high school n the US after the lockdowns were lifted was a mess. The kids that missed freshmen year and were starting high school as sophomores was even worse. Fights, truancy and just a general apathy about all of it.

Most of the area school boards were taken over by conservatives. Most. The closer one was to and urban area the worse the stupid was. Those schools were and are still a mess.

Start prosecuting someone for something. The rest will fall all over themselves to cut deals, squeal and rat on each other.

Again, thanks for sharing.

My experiences with Democrats in general and teachers union politics, in particular, in Maryland have been disappointing. We have little common ground. They do tender large sums to the party and deliver desired votes. They buy their voice.

As for this Committee's failure to address the details of medical harms, censorship and the psywar tactics. My impression has been that there were several Commitees in the House and Senate tasked with reviews of the Covid affair. If any were to deal with the issues identified here, I would look to the one in the Senate with Paul and Johnson on it. Even there, I wouldn't be surprised to find these topics missing.

All reports will be carefully reviewed. Analyses, conclusions and recommendations will be soundly attacked by the guilty parties. Elected officials are likely to be quite sensative to being portrayed as deficient.

This article well outlines the failed criminally corrupt & dysfunctional educational system, the completely corrupt unions that have absolutely NO legal business or authority being involved in educational decision-making regarding children's health, and the outrageously unlawful criminal "agencies" like the CDC that pose as "governmental agencies" that have absolutely no legal authority getting involved in Americas internal matters whatsoever~! These Individuals who have committed treason and crimes against humanity must now face criminal prosecutions by US Military Tribunals and if found guilty they must be given the maximum sentence for their crimes ASAP~!!! NO EXCEPTIONS~!!! Let us get this ugly business taken care of so that these criminals can never harm anyone again and so that the message is loud and clear that committing treason, crimes against humanity, and destroying the lives of children and American families will be severely addressed in the future~!!! My youngest child was in high school when Covid hit. She is a social butterfly. It was devastating for her to not have physical contact with friends. I was not a paranoid parent. I read the state statistics almost everyday and the statistics showed that the kids were not getting Covid. We had kids over , family over and tried to have as much normal as possible.

One of the subjects my daughter said was tough not having in house classes was math. From March 2020 to the end of the school year there was no in- house school. It was all on line. Thankfully my daughter is self motivated but there were some Senior students in school who did not graduate because their work was not finished or handed into the teacher.

The start of the school year 2020-2021 our school district had a hybrid system. Half the school went Monday, Wednesday and the other went Tuesday , Friday leaving Thursday to disinfect the school. Lame! Thankfully they had some in - house school but not always with friends. The district went alphabetically. On the off days my daughter was a teachers aid at a private elementary school. She enjoyed this schedule but there was no extracurricular activities. No school music trips, no school dances etc. They started up sports but only the parents could attend the games. When the vaxes came out the athletes had to have the vax in order to participate in sports. By the end of the school year they were back in school full time.

I live in a conservative state. Thank heavens! It was detrimental to the children . The domestic violence statistics went up, the child abuse went up. I can’t even imagine living in a liberal state where they didn’t go back to school for a few years. We signed a petition to have a recount on the school board because of the school lock down. It work . The school board put the kids back into school. Don’t be afraid to fight for your children!
