As long as the enemies of America control the msm, the premeditated "illusion" of hate speech will always be a weapon used to divide America. I believe "hate" is a verb, not a noun.

It is really an one sided affair.

The far left has no limit to obvious hate speech. Some clips on THE VOICE and late night entertain with Hate.

Not my venue. Nor any MSM.

Hate is a verb. The violence is dreadful in our cities. That is hate.

Not our interest to join the overreach of Globalism.

Agreed. There are many spokes in the "manufactured" wheel of destruction. I continue to question why so many so-called informed people participate in the destruction of their own country. How much to sell your soul?

Whatever these traitors think they have to gain will be short lived and quickly disappear "if" their team wins or loses.

Hate and fear are their weapons of choice. Again, history repeats itself.

Once the Nazis were dispersed, they were relatively easy to mop up or they didn't cause trouble.

Nazis actually are everywhere. They just call themselves something else, like “scientists.” Look at all the actions taken before, during and after Covid. Human experimentation on every level — masks, social distancing, censorship, jabs, and more.

Just as the Nazi takeover of Germany occurred over many years prior to WWII, a Nazi (and communist/socialist) takeover has been brewing here in America for many years. Covid simply brought it out into the open — the final solution, so to speak. Except that it wasn’t final enough for them so they continue to pull out all the stops.

I wrote the following in 2021…it’s still timely:

Remember the Nazi Legacy that inspired the poem below…

“First they came …” by Martin Niemoller 1946

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me — and there was no one left to speak for me.

/~~~~~~~~~

Now, for 2021, replace Socialist with Trump Supporter, Trade Unionist with Unmasked, and Jew with Unvaccinated. Or substitute whatever other non-favored group that you wish.

Putin said he had three goals/reasons for his actions...1- Protect the ethnic Russians of the Donbass who had voted to secede. 2- Eliminate the bio-labs (which the Biden Admin said didn't exist... until they said they did...but they weren't making bad stuff) and 3- "De-Nazify Ukraine" (which had been Nazified by Obama in 2014)

They feared that we could evolve into the current miss guided mess. My view.

As I have opined before I believe the Founders erred in creating SCOTUS. Those damned judges are whittling away our Republic by obvious failure to understand or deliberate denigrating of our Constitution and specifically by weakening the individual states. Ken Paxton just issued a angry rebuttal to a recent decision regarding the states usage of water. An agreement by Texas, N. Mex. and Colo. that took 10 yrs to reach, approved by a SCOTUS ppointed special master was recently overturned by SCOTUS at the request of the DOJ who it appears they consider their employer and not us. And why I wonder did the DOJ feel a need to interfere? The states need to fight back and that could start by their senators no longer voting for fed judges appointed at any level and particularly SOTUS that are products of ivy league law schools as they continuously demonstrate a horrible ignorance of our Constitution.

Agree wholeheartedly

Expand full comment

We agree on 95% of items, Dr. Nash, but here we diverge. The problem is not the idea of SCOTUS, the problem is their performance and the intellectual fallout resulting from the War Between the States. States' rights have never recovered their rightful place in the minds of Ivy League elitists, and, as you point out, from where are SCOTUS nominees found? No, the principle for the existence of a body to maintain legislative fidelity to the Constitution is both sound and necessary. The Constitution is our only guard against tyranny and must be restored to its rightful, preeminent position. Look how far Harvard and Yale, et al, have fallen! They have abandoned their raison d'être and have wandered pridefully into the wilderness, yet unaware of their demise. But they are diverse. And inclusive. And tolerant, particularly of federal power at the expense of the states. If we are going to look for a bogeyman to our current ills, the SCOTUS decision to incorporate the Bill of Rights to the states would be a biggie, as would completely dismantling the education lobby that gives us the appalling performance of public schools. While we’re at it, let’s defund state-supported Colleges of Liberal Arts. Worse than useless.

Sadly hubris is all too common an ailment with lawyers. And the ivies merely exaggerate that condition. They are more a club than a law school and membership entry to the upstairs. But they stink at law. So far, the states that fight like wildcats — especially their Attorneys General and a Governor here and there — are having some limited success, but so many have given up or are taken over by leftists. If only we could clone AGs Paxton (TX) and Labrador (ID), plus Govs. Landry (LA) and DeSantis (FL). Some others, too, but these men stand above the rest.

American citizens must take some or most of the blame. Many whine and complain, but then avoid thinking seriously about politics or taking action. (I used to be among them, so am authorized to criticize.)

American citizens have been lazy, taking their liberty for granted. They have failed to learn about issues and candidates in depth — before they vote for or against them. Instead, many just listen to mainstream and social media propaganda, slogans slung about during campaigns, shady mailers, and their weird uncle / aunt / whatever Billie Joe Bob.

Over the past 4 years, I have been assembling a voting guide to help people learn their way around. It’s an ongoing project indeed. Some content is Idaho specific, but much could work for any state (short link): https://tinyurl.com/yh8jhppm

There is Madison on the matter... The judicial is "the last bulwark against tyranny", but also, that even it fails. The SCOTUS has only continually increased "first amendment rights" for corporations. I think we need to bear in mind that all 3 branches are failing, which includes all the agencies. CT got to the SCOTUS as a Monsanto lawyer. There is always Monsanto in the president's cabinet. There is always Monsanto lobbying in the legislature. (Note: is now merged into Bayer AG)

Underneath the WEF lies private, corporate interests. This is actually why I think Mr. Malone could, under the circumstances, go back to quoting Mussolini, saying fascism is at heart corporatism. In this article, we move to calling it communism, saying, "The UN takes money from wealthy countries to give to poor countries". If that is ostensibly the case, then that is a communist sales pitch, but I question if these corporatists even bother to say it. What I feel I know, underneath it all, is that they have no intention of giving money to poor countries. I think they do come up with ways of getting money from all countries, and all peoples, and it goes to them.

I actually thought about the reference to fascism, and I could see it work as a way of saying what we're going through, just by moving from, in actuality, Mussolini's nationalism (from fasceo), to a Western group - to globalism or transnationalism, and primarily corporatism.

Communism would work as a pitch, today, although I have to say, I think they tend to describe themselves as the guiding force, and they don't even bother with the proletariat spiel. I think it's seriously lacking, from a marketing point of view, but also that a communist spiel would line up well with what they're doing. I digress.

Now, I look to existing organizations to maybe talk about getting together. This is about communities networking into something nationally organized: "Building Communities"

https://markgmeyers.substack.com/p/complete-introduction-to-building

And this is the latest addition, which provides for independent coalitions under one roof:

Cheers, Mark

The larger issue remains hidden. The purpose of blocking, censoring "hate speech" or any other type of speech is not to block the speaker -

The purpose of censorship is to block the listener. "Only truths are censored "

If someone has an important message or information that certain powers don't want to be heard, what to do? Find some "hate speech" in their content. That's not hard, hate speech is defined loosely enough that anyone can be accused.

Once accused, the speech can be censored, but more important, the speaker can be censured.

And voila! Nobody can hear them speak, nobody car read what they write.

Hating hate speech is a powerful tool for "disappearing" opposing voices.

Expand full comment

Yep, as Frederick Douglass once stated:

"To suppress free speech is a double wrong. It violates the rights of the hearer as well as those of the speaker."

Expand full comment

The purpose of censorship is to stop the formation and growth of communities of opposition. Isolate the voices of truth by accusation. Generate fear in listeners that they too might be isolated and attacked. Destroy the community by focusing on anyone who dares to speak. Think freely, speak freely, listen freely, write freely, read freely - cooperate freely.

In answer to your question of ‘how’ - the U.N./WEF use their puppets currently in Gov’t like Trudeau the Great to implement their dirty work. Trudeau said he would appoint 5 people in a new 3 letter Agency (which will have to hire 5,000 more bureaucrats) to decide what hate speech is. 🧐🧐 He intends to have his 5,000 fools sift through present and PAST X, Twitter, FB, Substack, Rumble posts and comments. If you say or said something they perceive as ‘hateful’ you will be punished. Now HERE’S the truly insane part. Trudeau the Great has, in this legislation, that people whose comments indicate they MIGHT say or do something hateful in the future can be visited in the home, have a tracking footlet or be limited to the home and have devices taken away. Canada and Australia have the most dystopian, authoritarian and delusional governments in power, both run by the WEF so let’s take these Globalists DOWN. U.N., WHO, WEF. Maybe I'll make it into a handy brochure and keep copies in my purse so it is readily available for sharing. I'm older now, but I've never lost touch with what bullying can be like. It can be miserable, even hellish, especially for young people. But it also teaches lessons that need to be learned.

It's a funny thing. Secularists such as those infesting the UN have labored for generations to kill God and persuade us that we're just Darwin's social animals. But then those same secularists exploit historical evidence of our animal nature (tribalism, competition, conflict) for the present purposes of shaming and demoralizing entire nations. It smacks of dissembling.

When all the trials and tribulations of youth are stripped away; when standards are lowered; when we don't have to go to P.E. class any more; when we've never learned what it's like to get or give a bloody nose; when everyone gets a trophy...... we've become soft, fragile, and removed from the reality and struggle of life that has existed since the advent of single celled organisms.

And such a soft people is a people easily controlled by internationalist tyrants.
