Given how social media and news media overlap this could well lead tobig moneystates like Texas and Florida taking the information battle to state courts where really big fines could be imposed on media sources promoting misinfo. We now have congressional committees telling the world this is happening and I see that as an opportunity. Have real news being reported and the veil of ignorance imposed by the deep state/media collusion can be lifted. One example of what states can (?) do utilizing that poor old neglected 10th amendment

U.S. District Judge David Ezra had rejected the law last month, calling it unconstitutional and rebuking multiple aspects of the legislation in a 114-page ruling that also brushed off claims by Texas Republicans of an “invasion” along the southern border. But a federal appeals court stayed that ruling and the Justice Department asked the Supreme Court to intervene.
