Contact Dan Bongino who an original user and Rumble investor. Rumble is preparing to bid for Tik Tok. Rumble is a free speech platform par excellence.

Frankly I'm a bit surprised the owners at substack haven't been on top of this already. Even I could have told them this (Stripe) would be a problem for their conservative people before long. I did notice this when I paid my subscription and thought it pretty ignorant that substack who touts their free speech advocacy would be using Stripe who I believe is a google subsidiary, or at least in their pocket, and therefore almost certainly NOT an advocator of free speech. I wish I would have brought it up at the time, now.

A couple Billion users?

This new tik tok law is not about banning what tik tok does on the platform in public, but more about what they do with information they collect and who they send it to.

Rumble is offering to take it over and stop the information high-jacking and it's subsequent flow to the CCP.
