Henry Marshall was shot on his farm in Robertson County near Waco. As I recall it was a bolt action 22 cal rifle. And the five shots would be impossible to be self inflicted. I don't remember the Duval county grand proceedings but it was a LBJ stronghold. And Duval county is close to 300 miles from Waco.
