It seems to me that in the US our trauma and emergency care are pretty good. Our overall performance since the initation of Obamacare, and especially since the Covidcrisis is pretty abysmal. If I'm in a car crash or having a heart attack, I'm there (not much choice anyway). If I have the choice of living right and avoiding a doctor, I'll do that. I just don't trust the system any longer
